Y/n's POV:

30 minutes. 30 minutes till she comes home. I stared at the clock watching the second hand turn clockwise, maybe if I stared at it long enough it'll move quicker. Being alone all day kind of sucks especially if I don't have anything do and I like being alone but I want to be alone with her.

The clock didn't move any quicker so I gave up. After finishing another episode of Rick and Morty I heard a rumble, it was deep and loud but I know it didn't come from my stomach I had nachos earlier. I got up from the couch and I looked outside seeing they sky get dark but the sun still peeped through, I opened the sliding door and Bowie popped his head through the crack and I let him out. The smell of rain hit me and I instantly got excited.

"IT'S GONNA RAIN BOWIE!!" I yelled at the golden dog and he just stared at me as he ran back, "It's gonna rain." I said again still not getting a reaction out of him. I closed the door and I made my way back to the couch watching Bowie getting comfortable beside me, I was about to press play on the remote to start another episode where Rick escapes prison but instead I jumped up again seeing drops hit the glass door, it's finally raining.

I threw my shoes on and I got shoes for Bowie too because Madison got mad last time we went out when it was raining and Bowie brought muddy footprints all over her floors. "Come on Bowie." I called him making him follow me and we both walk outside to the backyard. I've always loved rain, I don't know why but I love it.

3rd Person POV:

Y/n let the water drop land on her even attempting to catch some rain in her mouth but only a few drops made it into her mouth despite the millions that fell around her. Bowie did the same thing but instead he tried biting the rain, it works for a dog. "I'm home!" Madison closed the front door behind her taking her sunglasses off.

She waited for an answer but she never got one, confusion hit her as she remembered that any time she came home she'd be greeted with an excited dog and more excited human who attacked her with kisses but this time she came home to an empty house, at least that's what she thought.

She fixed her damp her along with her bleached black crewneck all she wanted to do was relax especially after the fact that all she did was stress over at the studio.

She only wanted two things sushi and her love. She walked further into the house placing her bag on the couch seeing the Tv paused at Morty freaking out.
She continued to ponder about where the loves of her life were and she made her way upstairs changing out of her jeans then taking off her make up, it felt good feeling clean.

She finally heard the laughs of Y/n and she walked out of the bathroom over to the window of their bedroom that looked over the backyard and there they were, Bowie standing against Y/n leaving paw prints on her shirt, Madison smiled jogging out of the room back downstairs and she pulled the sliding door open.

She stood under the patio not wanting to get wet but she continued to gaze at her girlfriend and Bowie enjoying the whether. "MADISON!" Y/n yelled the instant she saw her and both of them ran up to the brunette drenched in water.

"Ahhh you guys are cold." Madison complained trying to get out of Y/n's grip but she only held on tighter placing a kiss on her girlfriend's temple, "You took so long." Y/n finally let go of Madison and Bowie sat proudly beside her, both of them soaked and now so was Madison.

"There was traffic because it was raining and I got caught up in it but you two look just fine." She looked at the gleaming faces explaining her drive back home, "Lets go." Y/n walked back out into under the natures shower.

"I don't think so." Madison denied looking away but Y/n walked up to her grabbing her hand pulling Madison into the rain, "No no Y/n NO!" Madison tried to make Y/n let go of her but it was no use, she knew Y/n was stronger than her but there no harm in trying.

It wasn't that she didn't like the rain or the mud that was created, she didn't despite it or even hate it, Madison loves the rain she just didn't like getting soaked the same way that she saw Y/n and Bowie a few seconds ago.

Y/n gave one more tug pulling Madison to her chest and in couple seconds Madison was in the same state as her, "I can't believe you." Madison gasped shivering, "It'll be worth it." Y/n smiled kissing Madison's forehead, she then took Madison's hands wrapping them around her neck while her hands landed on her waist.

"Are we going to dance in the rain?" Madison asked looking up to Y/n, "Yeah I know it's the cliché movie scene but we're here now so why not." She responded touching their foreheads together keeping their eyes closed.

They swayed side to side as the rain fell upon the both of them but it didn't bother or disturb them, Bowie couldn't even distract them, they held each other tightly not wanting to let go.

Sweet thoughts flowed through their minds, Madison's hands trailed up cupping Y/n's cheeks and she looked at the calm face.

She fell in love again, she keeps falling over and over again, as they got older Y/n only made her feel younger. It was a beautiful thing. She saw a future with the woman, a bright and content one. She didn't see it with anyone else but Y/n brings out the best in Madison and she knew that.

Y/n felt a pair of lips touch hers and she didn't hesitate kissing back, she knew who it was and she would never deny her. Y/n picked her head up looking into Madison's eyes seeing only love in them. If someone would've told Y/n she'd be with Madison Beer she would've laughed in their face, it felt like such a dream to be with someone who's angelic in so many ways. I'm in love with her. Y/n thought to herself.

I'm in love with her. Madison thought to herself. Y/n pulled away holding one of Madison's hands making her spin and she grinned seeing the girl laugh, one more spin she thought before bringing the girl back to her chest.

"I love you." Madison blurt out, Y/n stopped swaying and a pink shade appeared on her cheeks, she doesn't blush that much but when it come to Madison she can't help it.

"I love you too." She said back kissing the girls lips deeply and Madison smiled into it, she loved Y/n's kisses more than anything.

"Aww it stopped raining." Y/n pulled away pouting looking up at the sky no longer seeing the clouds as dark as before and Madison couldn't help but laugh keeping her arms around Y/n's torso, "It'll rain again soon bub, it's supposed to again later tonight." She informed the taller one and a smile spread.

"Can we do this again then?" Y/n asked with enthusiasm wanting their cute movie scene back. "Hmm maybe, if I'm not sleeping." She kissed her and Y/n nodded, knowing she'll do everything to keep Madison up just to dance with her again.
