Y/n's POV:

"I don't know man, do you think she does like me? I don't think she was flirting with me." Elias and I are in his room trying to get out assignments done, well I'm trying to convince him to ask out my cousin already because I know they like each other. "Elias, I don't understand what you don't understand I know my cousin well enough to know if she was flirting with you and she was, I mean she doesn't usually care about how she looks when it comes to others but today at lunch she had to bring out her mirror so I think that says enough." I explain to him and he just blankly stares at me.

All of the sudden my phone started to ring, "Would you look at that, she's calling me." I showed him my screen and his eyes widen, "Don't tell her about any of this." He points and me and I nod my head answering, "Hey, Iz what's up?" I ask her placing my phone between my shoulder and ear to continue typing. *Y/n are you coming to the game tonight?* "Wow, no hi at least?" I laugh a little, *Ugh, hi Y/n. Is that better?* "Yes it is but what was your question?" I ask again.

*I asked if you were coming to the game tonight?* "Uh I don't know Elias and I made plans to go see that new movie that just came out." I side-eye Elias and he gives me a thumbs up. *Really? Can you guys not see it another time, because Madison apparently said that you two talked during lunch and you said you were going to the game but I said that you had plans with Elias.* She explains, did I agree to go to the game.

"Wait she said that I said yes to going to the game?" I question and Elias taps my shoulder and I look at him typing quickly, 'We're going to the game, forget the movie Madison wants to see you so that's what we're doing and we can bring Tater too, SAY YES' I read his typed message and he gives me two thumbs up. *Yeah she did, didn't you two talked after lunch but it's whatever I guess I owe you for that shit you did to Jack but come on let me know if you're coming so I can get you guys good seats because the bleachers fill up fast.*

"Yeah I guess, we're coming but save another seat for us. We're gonna pick up Tater." I mention and I hear her hum from the other side, *You got it and I would start leaving the game starts soon. See ya Y/n.* "Yup see ya Iz." I hang up then I look at Elias. "I can't believe Madison, you talked to Madison after lunch, I thought Isabella was going to kill if you did." He chuckles and we both got off his bed. "Yeah I thought that too but I guess not and to be honest I did try to leave but she wouldn't let me." I shake my head.

"Well it sounds like she's taking a liking to you." Elias bounces his eyebrows at me and I shove him away as we get into his car. "I kind of doubt she's probably just being nice because I'm the new kid." I point out and he stops and stares at me. "Do you have an excuse for everything? Because this time she actually might like someone and it's you okay just suck it up and let it happen." He points at me and then gets into the driver's seat. "I just find it weird because she knows about me but I don't know shit about her." I sigh.

"I agree with Elias, she probably likes you." Tater says with a mouthful of popcorn as we walk to our seats at the bottom of the bleachers. "Guys I don't know, how can she like me we literally just met." I try to reason, "I mean true but like you said that she knows about you so it's obvious that she likes you for who you are." Elias pats my back as we sit and I look around the bleachers seeing it pretty much being packed full.

"It's like this every game so you better get used to it." Tater tells me and I nod looking at the field and seeing the players warm up as the cheerleaders prepare for whatever their cheer is. "Look there's Isabella and Madison!" Elias gets excited pointing to the track and I see them shaking pompoms in the front as a few of the other cheerleaders were being tossed in the air.
