"Are you ready for the Woodstick Festival- Are you okay, Y/n?" Wendy asked while I rested my face on my hand. She stopped reading her magazine and noticed that I'm in a bad mood.
"No and no. I can't believe he's not going with me." I muttered.
"You can always go with us." She smiled as I smiled too.
"Thank you but I'm still sad because I just want to spend time with him. I believe Woodstick Festival only happens once a year and I want to cherish my moments with him in that annual outdoor concert." I sighed.
"Did he mentioned why William doesn't want to go to the Woodstick Festival?" She asked.
"He did. He said that he doesn't like the festival itself. He doesn't like the kind of music they're performing as well as the lineup. He's a classy person so he prefers going to an opera than this kind of concert." I explained.
"I understand him but I wish he'll change his mind." I added.
"I'm sure he'll change his mind. I bet he couldn't resist you." She assured.
"I wish." I sighed once more as the twins entered the Gift Shop.
"Oh, man. I'm sorry you guys had to see that." Wendy apologized.
"What did I miss while I was gone?" I asked.
"We were on the Gravity Falls Cemetery and we found Robbie in the open grave, moping." She groaned.
"You know what Robbie needs? A new girl! Romance is like gum. Once it's lost its flavor, you just cram another one in." Mabel said as she chewed another gum.
"Mabel, it's not that easy." Wendy said as I nodded in agreement.
"It is if you're the world's greatest matchmaker! I've never had an unhappy customer like Soos and Melody."
"Well, I got to agree. They're the best match." I smiled while I looked at Soos talking to Melody virtually.
"Match made! And then, of course, there's Waddles and Gompers, match made!" She beamed.
"Mabel, did you just duct-taped Waddle and Gompers together?" I stated.
"That might work for a goat and a pig, but Robbie's a hopeless case." Wendy spoke.
"Yeah, he's hopeless and I still hate him." I crossed my arms.
"What did he do?" She asked.
Y/n was walking to the Shack while she's texting Wendy. She noticed that Robbie's going to bump her. She avoided it to prevent it from happening but Robbie tripped and he instinctively grab her but he grabbed her phone instead. Her phone fell miserably, making its screen crack.
"My phone!" She picked it up immediately and checked it if there's further damage. She sighed in relief to know that it's only the screen that has been damaged. She offered her hand to help him stand.
"Ouch! If you were not in my direction then I wouldn't fall! Ouch, my arm!" He groaned and refused.
"Instead of apologizing, you decided to be a jerk."
"I will never apologize, it's your fault." He hissed.
"Typical Robbie." She said.
"I'm just fine with my phone since it's only the screen but not apologizing, that's not cool, man!" I crossed my arms.
"Hopeless case, eh?" I sighed as I already knew what's going to happen next.
I accompanied Mabel to go to Robbie's house and surprisingly, his parents are cheerful and sweet. I leave Mabel the talking to Robbie while I stayed in the living room and ate some of the crackers they offered. Also, they offered me a tour in their home- it was nice, it has a lot of death-related theme but that wasn't surprising at a since their house is also their place of their business which is Valentino Funeral Home.
