"So what should we investigate next?" I asked while Dipper examined the Journal 3.
"Is Mabel coming?" Dipper asked.
"No, Grenda and Candy are here. They are gossiping and talking about boys as usual." I answered.
"Why are you not hanging out with them? No offense, though."
"Because, silly, it's time to spend time with my little bro." I ruffled Dipper's hair. Dipper smiled as he continued examining the Journal 3.
"How about Floating Eyeballs?" He suggested.
"No, they are only visible at night."
"Portal Potty?" I pointed at its page.
"I think it's a little bit dangerous. We might wound up far from the town. The author wound up in the middle of the desert and he had to hitchhike home." Dipper said as he flip to the next page.
"Kill Billy? He looks interesting." Dipper said.
"Let's see its description. Feral, fanged, glowing-eyed hill men will suck your blood and steal your overalls!" I read.
"Nope!" We said in unison. We looked for another.
"Oh, wait, so the Soothquitos bit you." I pointed at the Soothquitos page. Dipper nodded and showed his soothquito bites and it said "DISWOVER GLOSTLY INMUSTIKE,"
"Diswover glostly inmustike? What?" I raised my eyebrow and read its description.
"Their bites spell out dire messages for your future, except they're frequently misspelled. I was told to "BATCH OUT FOR WILL," which, as far as I can tell, is total nonsense!"
"Yeah, it's total nonsense." Dipper commented.
"Ghosts?" He suggested.
"No, they are not my thing right now." I said.
"Same." He nodded in agreement. We kept flipping pages until we found something that caught our attention.
"This! This is the one." I exclaimed.
"The Hide Behind!" We both said.
"How can we manage unlock the mystery of this creature when we don't know where to find it? And it is impossible to be seen since it has an ability to hide before it is seen." We're thinking for a moment and minutes after, it seems like we share a same light bulb in our heads.
"Do you think what I'm thinking?!" I beamed.
"Yes! Let's interview every folks in town to know if they know about the hide behind-"
"And let's bring a lot of mirrors or at least create something we could wear with mirrors on it." I finished our idea.
"Mirror suit!" Dipper snapped his finger.
"Exactly! Come on, let's prepare!" We prepared our stuff: pen, notepad, mirror suit, and camera. I have a good feeling that we can unravel this mystery. We're now at the door, leaving the Shack excitedly.
"Okay! No one's gonna stop us to see the hide be-" Suddenly, it rained.
"Why?!" I said with exaggeration.
"You're a party pooper, rain."
"Wait, Dipper, it's not over yet I actually remembered something!"
"What?"
"It's 48-hour marathon of Ghost Harassers!" I reminded him.
"Oh yeaaah, I totally forgot! Maybe the rain isn't such a party pooper at all!" We immediately put away our stuff in an orderly manner. Dipper prepared my chair and pillows as he took the armchair meanwhile I went to the kitchen for our food and drinks. I put it on the right places as I sat comfortably on my chair.
