The clinking of chains echoed through the dimly lit room as the moonlight filtered in through the small, barred window. Wooyoung's heart raced as he struggled against the cold, unforgiving metal that bound his wrists.
Suddenly, the door creaked open, revealing a man with a sinister grin on his face. His eyes gleamed with malice as he approached Wooyoung, his steps echoing ominously in the cramped space.
"You'll be dining with the captain," he announced with a voice that sent shivers down Wooyoung's spine. Without another word, he turned on his heel and left, leaving Wooyoung alone with his thoughts.
Frustration and fear surged through Wooyoung as he realized the necklace San had given him was missing. Panic gnawed at his insides as he frantically searched for it, his fingers trembling as he desperately felt around his neck.
But the necklace was nowhere to be found, and Wooyoung's heart sank as he realized the gravity of the situation. Without the protection of the necklace, he felt vulnerable and exposed, a pawn in the dangerous game being played by the cursed crew of the Black Pearl. The cursed crew had stolen not just his freedom but also the sentimental gift from his dear friend.
A door creaked open, and Captain Barbossa entered, his eyes fixated on Wooyoung's distressed expression. The eerie smile never left the captain's face as he took a seat across from the captive pirate. Laying a big table with gourmet cuisines all over it.
"I hope you're enjoying the accommodations, lad," Barbossa said, his tone laced with mockery.
"Where is it?" Wooyoung demanded his voice a mixture of anger and fear.
Barbossa leaned back in his chair, casually twirling a piece of the stolen Aztec gold in his fingers. "Where's what, exactly?"
"My necklace. You took it!" Wooyoung's frustration grew, and he struggled against the chains that bound him.
Barbossa chuckled the sound grating on Wooyoung's nerves. "Ah, the trinket, a family heirloom i presume"
Wooyoung's eyes burned with intensity. "Give it back. It means more to me than you can imagine."
"Oh you poor child, it means more to us than it means to you" Barbossa taunted making a fake sad expression
"You wanna hear the tale lad? I'll give you the tale. That necklace you wore around your neck is the Aztec gold. Only 82 pieces in this world and you know what? Whichever mortal has seized control over it is cursed"
"Im too old to believe ghost tales you filthy old man" Wooyoung spat at him in anger as the man just continued to smile
"Are you forgetting the skeletons that pulled you towards the ship Mr. Choi?" He asked Wooyoung, sarcasm laced in his voice.
"We are cursed men, son. Compelled by greed we were to seize the treasure of Spanish merchant Choi Sang-your father. And now we have been consumed by it, cursed by it"
Barbossa turned his back towards Wooyoung, who cautiously put the knife on the table in his hands.
"All the scattered pieces of the Aztec gold must be restored, and the blood repaid," Barbossa's sinister voice boomed in the tiny confines of the room, sending a chill down Wooyoung's spine.
"Thanks to ye, we have the final piece," he continued, his eyes glinting with a menacing gleam as he loomed over Wooyoung.
"And the blood to be repaid?" Wooyoung questioned, his voice trembling slightly as he tried to reason with the captain.
"There's a reason I haven't killed you yet, son," Barbossa replied, his lips curling into a sly grin that sent shivers down Wooyoung's spine.
On Cue Wooyoung raised his right arm stabbing Barbossa right in his heart. The knife stayed,no hint of pain in the man's face.
