Chapter 12

Luke and I hopped out of the Mercedes and met each other by the bumper of the car.
"Thank you for giving me a chance.." I say sighing. He doesn't say anything, the wind blowing in his flawless face.
"Okay.. You're not going to say anything?" I say furrowing my eyebrows together.
"No, I want to hear your 'explanation '." He says finger quoting "explanation."
I let his comment roll over my shoulder.
"Luke, I never cheated on you, nor would I ever! This baby is 100% yours. That's for sure I don't need a DNA test to prove it. I've only been with you. It's always been you." I say looking him in the eyes. No response, go figure.
"I-I found out that I was pregnant about three days before you left.. It also known as the day you were leaving for your. I didn't want to tell you because I was afraid you'd leave me or make me get rid of it." The tears fill my eyes as I see his blank expression.
"What I don't understand is, why you don't trust me? I'd never cheat on you, I never have not even thought about it. But what's funny is that you leave me for your and have girls screaming, shouting and having posters that say 'I love you Luke!' And you kiss fans on the cheek, and I don't get jealous. We can't trust one and not the other. You have to put a little faith in this relationship. I get it if you don't want or you're not ready to have a baby, cause I don't know if I am either, but luckily for us we have 3-4 months to prepare for it at least I do.. You have that much time to decide if you want to be apart of the child's life or not. Just know you have the option. And if you don't want to be with me because of me not telling you or-or.." I stopped because I was holding back the sobs and needed to take a breather for me not to break down in front of him.
"Or if you don't want the baby, I understand.. Just know it's your choice." I say looking for some reaction in him.
"An-And if I were to let you do this on your own, would I ever get to meet the child?" He asks.
I scoff at him.
"I can't believe you. No. You wouldn't unless he/she wanted to on their own time when they are old enough, because knowing my answer I'll just get my stuff." I said crying.
I began to walk away, I was hoping he'd chase after me like in those movies.. But he didn't, the movies were fake. This is reality not a movie..
