The next day Charlie and Peyton decided that they were going to go to the pond to practice some hockey to stay fresh during the off-season.  It's about 28 degrees in Minnesota right now, the pond is frozen and there is snow everywhere, Charlie and Peyton couldn't rollerblade to the pond so they had to walk. It was about a 45 minute walk, which gave Peyton plenty of time to tell Charlie about how her and Adam kissed.

"Hey Charlie, can I tell you something?" Peyton asked nervously.

"Yea, you can tell me anything." Charlie answers.

"Okay, well me and Adam kissed before I left his house yesterday!"

"OMG REALLY?!" Charlie said excitedly.

"Yes!" Peyton replied excited.

"That's amazing, I'm so happy for you" Charlie exclaims.

"Thanks Big Bro"

"You realize, I'm only older than you by like 15 minutes." Charlie says.

"Your still older than me aren't you?" Peyton snaps back.

"I guess so" Charlie chuckles.

After about 3 hours of skating and practicing, they finally go home. When Peyton gets home she goes upstairs to her room to see a text from Adam.

Yea of course, is everything okay?

Yea, I just need to ask you something important.

Ok see you in a little bit.

After Peyton texts him back, she lays her phone on her dresser and goes outside and waits on Adam.

Adam arrives after about 5 minutes. "Hey" He says.

"Hey" Peyton replies back.

"What was is it you wanted to ask me?" Peyton asks a little worried.

"I know that we only kissed yesterday and this might seem a little weird, god this is stupid, I'm just gonna go, actually, ok screw it, will you be my girlfriend?" Adam asks.

Peyton stands there shocked for a moment, The 13 year old has had guys ask her that question before but she has never felt what she felt for Adam. "Ok I'm gonna let you think about it, I'm gonna go" Before Adam could go anywhere, Peyton pulled him in for a kiss, after a few seconds she pulled away. "Yes, Adam Banks, I will be your girlfriend." She exclaimed. Adam pulled her back in for a kiss, this time it was longer, it lasted for about 30 seconds before they pulled away from each other and smiled.

"I can't tell you how long I have been waiting to do that." Adam says excitedly.

Peyton chuckles "I was thinking the exact same thing"

Adam had loved the girl ever since he'd seen her, but he never thought that he would be the one to steal her heart. Adam loved the way she laughed, the way she smiled, the way she would make jokes, he just loved everything about her. "I love you" Peyton says.

"I love you too" Adam replies back.
