The next day Peyton wakes up, gets dressed and then heads out the door to go to Adam's. She doesn't even acknowledge the fact that her father was sitting in the living room, her father saw her leave and got the idea that he should follow her to see where she was going. It took Peyton a good 30 minutes to get to Adam's house. Her father made sure to stay far behind her so she didn't get suspicious. Peyton finally arrived at Adam's, she knocked on the door and he answered. "Hey" Adam said while pulling her in for a kiss. Peyton's father watches as his daughter kissed the boy he told her to break up with. He was furious. He had finally had enough. He walked up to the two and yelled at them. "WHAT THE HELL PEYTON?!" Her father yelled. "Dad?" She asks shocked that he had followed her. "I TOLD YOU TO BREAK UP WITH HIM!" He screams as he grabs her wrist again. "Let her go!" Adam says to her father. "What did you say to me Banks?" Her father says. "I said, let her go" Adam immediately replies back. Peyton's father tightens his grip on his daughter. "You stay away from this boy, do you understand me?" Her father says sternly to her. Peyton stays silent for a moment. "DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME PEYTON" Her father says now yelling. "Y-Yes" She says while crying. "Good, now go home" her father says. "What?" She asks. "Go home" He says a little bit louder. Peyton goes home leaving Adam there with her father. She knew it was wrong, but she didn't have a choice. She went home and immediately went to Charlie. "Charlie!" She yells for her brother. "Up here!" He replies. Peyton walks into her brothers room. "Omg Peyton, What happened to you?" He asks concerned. "Dad" She replies. "Wait, where's Adam? I though you were meeting up with him." Charlie asks. Peyton stayed silent for a minute and looked at the ground. Charlie finally realized what had happened and he immediately went over and hugged his sister. "Hey, look at me." Peyton looks up at her brother. "he's gonna be okay, as for dad I'll deal with him later, but let's go get Adam" he says in a comforting voice. They pull away from the hug and immediately go over to Adam's.

They get to Adam's and see him lying on the porch all bloody with their father standing over his body. "holy shit" Charlie says. Peyton can't help but break down. Her and Charlie run over to Adam and help him up. Charlie goes over to their father and yells at him. "YOU ASSHOLE, WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!" Charlie yells at his father. Peyton puts Adam's arm around her shoulder. "YOUR SLUT OF A SISTER SHOULDN'T BE DATING THIS ASSHOLE." Her father yells back. Charlie punches their father in the face causing him to fall to the ground. "Don't you ever talk about Peyton or Adam like that." He says in his fathers face. After that Charlie and Peyton take Adam to the nearest hospital.

After a few hours Charlie and Peyton can finally go see Adam in his hospital room. "Room 204" The nurse tells them. They thank her and go into his room. "Hey, how are you feeling" She asks while trying not to cry. She hated seeing Adam like this. She felt so guilty considering this was her dads doing. "Eh, I've been better" He replies. "The scars kind of make you look badass man" Charlie says trying to cheer him up. Adam chuckles and looks at them. "Thanks for getting me out of there" He says to Peyton and Charlie. "Of course man, we couldn't just leave you there, and I think Peyton loves you to much to do that." Charlie says making us all giggle. "No, but seriously, thank you" He says. "Your Welcome, Banksie." Peyton replies. 

It's been a few hours and Peyton has fallen asleep on the bed with Adam. After a while the whole team walked in to see Peyton and Adam cuddling on the bed. Nobody had knew that they were dating besides Charlie and Connie. The room was filled with "awe's" and "so cute". After a while everyone had left, leaving Adam and Peyton alone in the room. The thing was, nobody knew what actually had happened to Adam, Peyton and Charlie just said that he was roller blading and he fell, hard.

"I'm sorry this happened to you, Adam" Peyton says.

"It's not your fault, Babe" Adam says.

"Yea, but it kind of is" She admits.

"What do you mean?" He asks.

"I mean, I did go behind his back and go to your house, I should have just stayed behind, at least I would have been the only one getting hurt." Peyton explains while trying not to cry.

"Hey, that's not your fault, and I would much rather get hurt than let you get hurt." He explains back.

"But it's not fair that you got hurt for something going on between me and my father." She admits.

"You are my girlfriend, if something is going on with you, it is now my problem,𝓘 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝓼𝓸 𝓶𝓾𝓬𝓱, 𝓼𝓸 𝓶𝓾𝓬𝓱 𝓽𝓸 𝔀𝓱𝓮𝓻𝓮 𝓘 𝔀𝓸𝓾𝓵𝓭 𝓷𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓻 𝓵𝓮𝓽 𝓪𝓷𝔂𝓸𝓷𝓮 𝓱𝓾𝓻𝓽 𝔂𝓸𝓾, 𝓘'𝓿𝓮 𝓷𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓻 𝓯𝓮𝓵𝓽 𝓽𝓱𝓪𝓽 𝔀𝓪𝔂 𝓪𝓫𝓸𝓾𝓽 𝓪𝓷𝔂𝓸𝓷𝓮 𝓫𝓮𝓯𝓸𝓻𝓮." He says

"I love you too" She says back.

She lays back down with her head on his chest while his arms are wrapped around her waist.
