"Yeah, maybe it's downstairs"

Peyton and Charlie walk downstairs and start to look around. The couldn't find their stuff anywhere, the only rooms that were left was the Kitchen and the Living Room. They both checked the Living room. "Miss me?" They hear a voice say from the kitchen. They both look over to the kitchen to see their father with their gear. "Dad?" They both say in unison. "Surprise" He says with a smirk on his face. "Give us our stuff back" Charlie demands. 'And why would I do that?" Their father asks. 'Because we need it to play" Peyton says already annoyed. "See, that's the thing, you guys aren't playing" Their father explains. 

"What?" They say in unison.

"You aren't playing for Team USA" He says.

"What do you mean?" Charlie asks.

"I'm not allowing you to." He says.

'What do you mean, "You aren't allowing us to"?" Peyton asks.

"I mean, I'm not allowing you to leave this family just so you can go play hockey, let's face it, we all know you aren't getting anywhere with this hockey crap." Their father says.

"This is ridiculous!" Peyton yells.

"Hey! Watch your tone!" Her father snaps back.

"Why should I huh? What are you gonna do? Hit me?" Peyton questions.

Her father doesn't answer. Instead he stands their with a shocked look on his face.

"That's what I though, now hand over the gear." Peyton says sternly.

Her father refused. She reached for the gear but was immediately pushed back. Her father pushed her down. Charlie looked at his father with a shocked expression on his face. He looked down to Peyton who was on the floor crying and unable to move. He stepped closer to his father. "Hand over the gear. Now!" Charlie says. 

"No." Their father replies back.

Charlie reaches for the gear and manages to grab it. He shoves down his father and helps Peyton up. They run upstairs to pack. They decide that they should spend the night at Adam's so their father can't pull any other tricks.

The twins had their mom drop them off at Adam's. They hold told her why they were staying the night and going with the rest of them team to the airport from Adam's. Their mom understood. They reached Adam's house and the twins quickly hopped out of the car. They hugged their mom goodbye and went inside the Bank's house.

They walk up to Adam's room and set their stuff down. "Thanks for letting us stay tonight Banksie." Peyton says to her boyfriend. "Yea thanks man." Charlie agrees. "Yea, anytime guys, but do you mind telling me why you needed to spend the night?" Adam asks. The twins look at each other and nodded. "Ok well, out father is back from business" Peyton starts.

They told Adam what had happened. Adam was shocked at what he had been told. "Okay, wait, so he stole your gear and tried to keep you from competing for Team USA?" Adam asks. "Yes, I know it sounds crazy but it's true." Peyton claims. "Okay, I believe you but it just sounds kind of weird." Adam admits. "Yes, we know but you gotta admit it does sound like something he would do" Charlie says causing everyone to laugh. "I wouldn't put it past him" Adam jokes. 

After a few hours everyone got ready for bed. Peyton put on her pajamas and hopped into bed with Adam. Adam had a couch on the other side of his room so that's where Charlie slept. By the time Peyton got into bed, Charlie was already sound asleep on the couch, leaving only Adam and Peyton awake. It was complete utter-silence until Adam spoke up. "I'm really sorry all this keeps happened to you." Adam says. "Eh, It's okay I'm used to it by now" The girl says making the Adam chuckle. "Okay, well, if you need something, like I mean anything, call me" Adam says. "Will do" Peyton says, and with that, they fell asleep.

They next day Peyton, Adam, and Charlie all go to the airport at around 8:00 in the morning. Their flight was at 10:00 so they decided they would meet everyone else their and see who was sitting by who. The seating order was Adam, Peyton, and Charlie in one row. Connie, Guy, and Fulton in the next row. Averman, Goldberg, and Jesse in the next row. Once everyone figured out where they were sitting, they all waited in the terminal until their flight was called.

After about 1 hour of waiting their flight number was called and they all boarded the plane. Peyton sat in the middle of her boyfriend and brother. She held onto Adam's hand while the plane took off. Charlie looked out the window. Peyton laid her head on Adam's shoulder and slowly drifted off to sleep. 

About 2 hours later Peyton was being shook awake. "Peyton, wake up, we just landed" Adam says trying to wake up his girlfriend. "Wake up or imma get Charlie to pour water on your head" He says. "Okay, okay, I'm awake." Peyton says quickly shooting up. "How come that gets you up but when I simply ask you to get up, you won't?" Adam asks. "Because I hate having water poured on me, especially when Charlie does it, he pours the whole damn bottle out and he does it fast." Peyton explains. "Okay?" Adam says confused.

They get off the plane and go inside the airport. "Wow, this is a nice airport" Charlie points out.

They leave the airport and go to the rink to meet the players who would be joining their team.
