"Your a fool!" Morgana scorned sending a wave of raging magic in ever direction, I felt myself being lifted of the ground as I noticed both me and Merlin were being restrained by slithering golden chains.

I winced as the chains tightened squeezing my lungs to the point of which I'm struggling to breathe.
"Your nothing but a naive little girl who's head is full of fantasies!" Barked Morgana as she threw me onto the floor. I writhed with agony but did my best to hide all signs of pain or fear.

My head dust have been knocked pretty hard though as my vision started phasing in and out of reality. I saw Morgana in the air threatening Merlin but I was to nauseous to hear what was being said.

My head thumped with the constant echoing of a growing migraine, and my arm had a pretty bad gash on it. Not gonna lie I was half expecting to die.

I managed to make out the image of Morgana throwing Merlin onto the floor and heading towards me. My half awake eyes captured a few images of her silhouette before I blacked out left with only my thoughts. That's when I remembered something from ages past.

Back during the battle of Killahead Bridge, at the time I was about 10 in human years. I had just learnt how to use magic and I was using it wherever I could. I remember I was looking for Nari to show her a flower I found when I stumbled upon a tall women with golden armour and a large flowing green cape, one of her arms were missing and was being replaced by a green crystal looking hand structure.

"Hello!" I mused with a high pitched tone. The women took a moment to process my arrival, she turned to face me but didn't say anything. I felt awkward standing there in silence so I decided I'd be the next to speak.
"I'm Y/n!" Nothing. Not a peep out of the women. I started thinking maybe I upset her in some way or another. It was another couple minutes until the mysterious lady spoke.
"A child...?" She pondered underneath her breathe but still loud enough for me to hear what she said.

"What are you doing here young one?" She questioned with a bitter yet kind tone in her voice. I tilted my head at her question, 'what did she mean what am I doing here? I live here!' I thought to myself. I was about to speak before I felt a cold chill creep up my spine. My head darted behind me as I grinned "Skrael!"

Even beneath the women's armoured mask I could see her baffled expression seeping through.

She lived in the cave with us for a manner of weeks, each time I ran into her she seamed to give me a venomous scowl that always made me feel uneasy. I didn't like her, she was so, bitter! I was relieved when she finally left for the battle against her brother, but before she left she wanted to see me for something. I didn't know what she wanted but I kept my guard up. I still didn't trust her.

She stood in the middle of an empty room facing mr as I walked in.
"Ah, Y/n!" She mused blissfully. I looked up at the levitating sorcerous and watched as she gently came down to the ground. She knelt down so she could be on my hight and took her helmet off. I hadn't seen her without it on before. She was beautiful, she had long flowing ginger hair and welcoming green eyes. She looked a lot less scary without it on, I liked her this way.

She lifted her hand and allowed a storm of gold to swirl around it. She then unclenched her fist to reveal an astonishing yellow pendant. I watched as it floated into the air and spun. I stared at it with amazement, it had a golden hue circling it and a number of intricate designs imbedded into it's surface.
"Please accept this as an apology for every time I was rude to you" she mewed as the pendant faded into yellow smoke and vanished into my chest. It tingled a little but other then that I was fine, mostly confused though, and I think Morgana saw that which is why she didn't wait for an answer. She plopped her helmet back on a drifted away towards the Killahead battle field.

I stared into the distance for a moment before I brushed it of and turned to walk back to my room where I could practice using my magic.

My eyes snapped open as I returned to reality. I saw the wretched face of Morgana hovering in front of me with a despicable look on her bitter face.
"Foolish girl!" She hissed as she used her magic to tighten the chains that restrained me. "You really think a bit of ice can stop me!? I've had enough of your insubordination! You will remove this incantation so I can finally see to it myself that Merlin's troll hunter dies!" She scorned.

I forced myself to chuckle in an attempt to appear like I wasn't afraid of her. "Then your more insane then I thought! I'm not helping you kill my friend!"
Suddenly, I fell to the ground as the chains materialised into a cloud of yellow smoke. My pupils shrunk into small dots as my chest writhed in pain.

I restlessly gasped for breathe as a lay in the lingering dust. I felt my limp body being engulfed in agony as the pain worsened.
"You were such a naive little girl all them years ago!" Morgana boomed. "Naive enough to not realise a cursed object when they see one!"

My mind flicked back to the weird looking pendant that Morgana gave me 9 centuries ago.
"WITCH!" I shrieked doing my best to ignore the echoing pain inside of me. I clenched my hand into a fist as I lent on the floor trying to get back onto my feet.
