"C'mon do better!" I said, digging my nails deeper into his skin "I am!" Our nails kept digging deeper and deeper into our skin making us bleeding.

But neither of us wanted to let go, that would be admitting defeat after all.

"Give up already Kawaki, your at your limit"

"I could say the same to you"

I rubbed my knuckles on his head causing him to let go "ow! What the hell!? That's cheating!"

"Well there aren't any rules to this game" I said and winked

"Big brother! You have visitors!"

Sarada and a guy with such... pretty eyes came in the room "We came to spy on Kawaki and Y/n"

I laughed

"That's pretty fuckin stupid of you, and here I thought you were the brains of the "team". You and the rest of the team could barely defeat deepa! In fact he'd still be alive if Jigen hadn't killed him, if you can't defeat him, what makes you think you can defeat us? If we were to escape? Or better worst attack the village?"

I liked Deepa, we'll sorta. His shield was strong, almost impossible to break. Which was why I liked it. He'd fight me till I could break his shield.

He had a fucked up sence of humor, but never failed to make me laugh. Still remember how proud he was when I broke his shield in a single blow, almost killing him as well

Did his death hurt me?

No.

I never considered him a friend.

I lift my hand up to my face, forming it into a fist "I'd kill you in a second" I said as my injury started healing itself

"I..I know that! But I... still have to try my best!"

I scoffed "Keep thinking that way, it'll only get you killed"

I sighed, that girl really is bothersome, if Naruto wasn't watching us...I'd have killed her already

I shook my head in annoying, the hell? What's up with these thoughts.

"It's the first time we talk face to face huh? I'm Mitsuki. Nice to meet you" he said extending his hand

"I'm not so naive as to put-"

"Move it shithead!" I said as I pushed his face away so I could shake his hand "Nice to meet you as well, I hope we and the snakes inside your sleeve get along"

"You knew. Impressive" I smiled 'first impression, successful!'

I get back in my seat from the corner of my eye, I could tell she was staring... for too long

"The hell you looking at?" Kawaki leaned back "We're not interested in becoming friends with any of you"

"Your both rude, I just-"

The door slid open "Wow we got visitors today" Naruto said as he stepped forward

Kawaki nudged me and placed his hand forward. I smirked and placed my hand around his

Before we could start ripping each other's skin off Naruto spoke up "Why don't you both come with us?"

"Why should we?"

I wrap my arm around his head, bringing him closer to me "It'd be a good opportunity to learn about your Karma, don't you think?"

"You have Karma too you know?" I let go of him and smile "Including me as well? How sweet. But mines a failed Karma"

"Same shit"

I rested my head on Kawaki's head, I stood behind him my arms wrapped around him while he sat on the couch staring at the diamond in his palm.

"Did their training remind you of...you know, our training?" I asked "Yeah, it was...very different from ours"

I let out a deep breath "I apologize, for not being able to help you"

"It doesn't matter anymore, we were weak against him and still are, what matters is that you and I survive"

I kept quiet. Kawaki knew I was stronger than him so he wasn't really afraid of dying, because he knew I would be there.

Even after all these years, he still sees me as his "Knight in shining armor".

Makes me happy that he still relies on me.

"He said...that I would never by anyone without Karma"

"Never let anyone define who you are, not even me"

"He said, that I had no heart, which was why I was always alone"

I placed my hand on his chest, feeling it beat

"To me you do have a heart. Your not alone either. You have me, and these people as well."

"I just need some space to clear my mind" I nodded and let go of him. I went upstairs and entered the room Naruto was in.

I sat in the couch watching him work "You better study hard if you don't wanna end up like me"

I slightly laughed "You sound like my dad, always telling me to work hard."

He smiled "Your dad huh? What was he like?"

"He was cool, he'd make me risk my life everyday. But in a fun way."

Naruto laughed. "Did he take you deep into an ocean?" He jokingly said

I smiled

"He did!?"

"Yeah! I drowned but he kept his hold on me. My mom beat the shit out of him saying I could have died but all he said was 'she's still alive, isn't she?'"

"What happened to him?"

I thought for a minute "I don't know"

The silence was broken when Kawaki entered the room and sat next to me "Working at home instead of your office must be a pain in the ass"

Naruto shook his head "It give me an excuse to be home"

BONUS

I felt a presence behind the door my Karma activated and destroyed the door along with a part of the wall.

"Aah!" Boruto yelled as he fell to the ground "What the hell!?"
