Today's chapter, let's try and comfort our dear Y/n

"Why can't you be more like them?"

"That kid is the same age as you and even they can do better"

"Don't say that to your brother! He's just a kid! He doesn't understand."

But I'm just a kid as well. Aren't I?

"Y/n? Y/nnnnn. Y/N!" I snapped out of my thoughts "Are you... are you okay?" Boruto asked

Am I okay? I don't know.

"Yeah I just need some space. Is that okay with you Naruto?"

"Just remember what I told you"

(For the sake of the story let's say Kawaki is 16 cause he literally looks 16)

That dream I had, it won't stop bothering me. It's been a few years ever since that incident. I'm 17 now it shouldn't be bothering me or making me this sad

Other people have it worst and they look happy. Take Naruto and Hinata for example. Jigen told me what they went through and he said that they still smile and enjoy life

So why can't I?

I tilt my head to the side as something sharp went past me and hit a tree. I grab it and tilt it to the side seeing my reflection from how shiny it was.

What was it called again? Oh yeah! A kunai.

"You aren't training with Naruto, I assume your experienced enough then"

I stayed quiet. I heard them take out more kunais

"Well then..let's test them out"

I like fighting. Just not when I'm unmotivated.

I drop to the ground. I hadn't noticed how long I've been fighting for. It's already afternoon. But I don't feel like walking back

"You have quick reflexes and you start to notice the patterns of the enemies quick too. But you lack stamina"

Then again, I don't like ANYONE talking down on me.

I got the kunai that was beside my head and threw it

"It's best to head back now. It's getting late"

I struggled against their grip on my collar.

"Put me down! I'm not done with you!"

I grabbed their hand and tried pulling it away from my collar but their grip is strong

"Quit whinning and go home, I spared you some walking so run along now"

I let out an oof as they dropped me to the ground

"Hey!-"

I turned around and grabbed their foot, tripping them in the process. They fell to the ground and disappeared

Shadow clone?

I noticed a piece of paper and picked it up

'Uchiha Sasuke is the name, come see me again if you wish to train under me'

Sasuke huh?

"Oi"

"Oi!"

Kawaki slammed his hand in the table.

"Hey I'm talking to you!" I slightly jumped as I snapped back into reality "Huh? What do you want now?"

He sat down beside me "What's bothering you" he said

It sounded more like a demand instead of a question though. I smiled at him

"Well that's not any of your God damn business, now is it sweetie?"

His eyes slightly widened at the name I called him. He rubbed the back of his neck in embarrassment and sighed "Whatever, and don't call me that!"

I smirked "Aww why so flustered? Do you perhaps, I don't know, like it?"

He let out a tched and left

"We're coming in!" I heard someone yell out I stood by the door ans greeted them

"Please take you're shoes off and place them here, I just finished cleaning and I wouldn't like to have a mess at the moment"

They took their shoes off

"Please take a seat over here"

"Oh my, you're like a gentlemen, so polite. What's you're name?"

"Y/n" I said as I turned to look at them, my eyes slightly narrowed as I finally payed attention to who it was

Sarada and I both slightly glared at each other "I'm Sakura I'm-"

"Lady Hinata isn't here at the moment so you may have to wait a while, while you wait would you like anything to eat?"

Sakura smiled "I'm actually here for you, Naruto told me that you spent most of your time with males and that maybe having girls around you can relax you"

"I appreciate you're concern but what I'm feeling is not of your concern and I do not have permission to leave the house without Naruto"

Sakura slid a piece of paper. I took it and read it. Damn that Naruto, how dare he give me permission to go out with people I don't even know

I hate socializing.

"Allow me to properly introduce myself, I'm Sakura, a medical ninja"

I quickly look up at her

"Medical ninja? So you focus on healing others?" She nodded " One of the best actually-"

I bowed to her

"Please! Please teach me medical ninjutsu!"

Normally Sakura would have someone else teach people medical ninjutsu but seeing how desperate you were she decided to teach you herself

Naruto pushed Kawaki forward "Go on"

Kawaki rubbed the back of his neck while avoiding eye contact "Y/n, would you... like to go out and eat?"

"Like a date?" I asked, his face became red "As if I'd take you out on a date!" I laughed as I aggressively pat his back

"Sure why not?"

We went from store to store trying out new things, wasting who's money?

I guess we'll never know.

I smashed my fist into the counter "He said NO pickles"

They gave me a new order and I threw it at Kawaki "Your welcome"

Scary he thought but it wasn't anything new

"Are you ready to finally tell me what's been bothering you?" He asked

I placed my drink down "Himawari's reaction, it reminded me of my younger brother and how I fucked up"

He somehow could tell you wanted to let everything out but refused to do so

"It's okay to cry you know?"

I tched "As if I'd cry, there are people who have it way worst than me, take your for example-"

He cut me off

"You're pain matters"

Naruto cried himself to sleep now that his wallet was empty
