Boruto glared at me before paying attention to Boro, destroying him in the end

Boruto brought his attention back to me

Kawaki hasn't woken up yet, if he attacks then. . .

Kawaki slowly opened his "You're awake, good"

He placed his hand on his head "What's happening..?"

I point to Boruto "That is"

Boruto stood up.

"Kawaki get up and move"

"What? Why-"

Boruto launched himself towards us

"Get up and move-!"

Boruto crashed himself towards me, I grabbed his arms and placed my feet on his stomach throwing him away

I quickly got up and sighed good thing I payed attention to dad about fighting techniques

My marks activates but felt off for some reason, like it's been itching for a fight

Before we could start Boruto returned back to normal and started falling, Mitsuki caught him but Boruto didn't remember anything

I wonder why my curse hates his Karma

We returned to our world again and medical ninjas surrounded us taking away Naruto first

Zuko came barking at me and licked my face while whinning

I ruffle his fur in attempt to comfort him but sudden weight was placed on my back

Kawaki had passed out

The nurses tried taking him but I pushed them away saying that I would be the one to carry him to the "hospital"

I gently hold on to his hand, waiting for him to wake up. He sneezed and I quickly let go of his hand

"You were awake this whole time!?" Kawaki was having trouble answering but got saved by Boruto who came in

We were the last ones in Naruto's room, how embarrassing

Shikamaru and the rest started talking about Boro and how Jigen was an otsutsuki

I thought they already knew most of the information, I guess I thought wrong

Then it came to us

"You really don't know anything? Kara is searching for you and yet, you don't know anything. Don't you think that's strange?"

I stepped up "Let's say you were locked up in a room, where everyday a new person came in and beat you half to death"

Shikamaru stared at me

"Where they smack you're face with a rod if you even think about speaking, tell me, would you know anything?"

Shikamaru and I glared at each other

Boruto mentioned something Delta said about the vessel to remove the tension between Shikamaru and I

Sakura came by saying that our time was over, so we all headed out

I stayed with Sakura for a bit asking her when my next lesson would start

She gave me a scroll which contained what I was gonna learn she said she was too busy to teach me anything at the moment but that I was smart enough to to this one on my own

I thanked her and headed back to Kawaki

Shikamaru's son and a blonde were there when I arrived

They introduced themselves as Shikadai and Inojin

I enjoy seeing Kawaki enjoying himself, but. . .

My smile faded and was replaced by a serious gaze

I took out a marble and hid it inside a nearby plant

I bust the door open "What is it? Are you okay!?" Zuko ran in and starting growling

Kawaki just stared at his Karma before turning it into a fist "It was nothing"

I pat his head "C'mon let's go get some fresh air"

I guide him up the roof, zuko in my arms as well.

"It's been a while since we've-"

Boruto came up to the roof as well, saying how Himawari was worried about us

I turn to face the opposite side, ever since we've arrived here, we haven't been able to spend time alone together.

I let out a tch before jumping off with Zuko

Zuko had his guard up for some reason so I walked around the house,

Nothing out of the ordinary

I turn and see Himawari sneaking out. I appeare infront of her with my arms crossed

"You shouldn't be sneaking out without an adult or someone to accompany you"

She slightly backed away and clutched her backpack

I placed my arms down and relaxed a little

'I almost forgot, she's scared of me'

Himawari kept looking around until her eyes landed on Zuko

She has a dog so, surely she'll understand, but I'm scared Himawari thought

She shook her head and stared at me with a serious expression

"Well, I made a new friend"

"Friend?"

She nods

"Yeah, and they're in need of help"

I walk towards her and offer my hand she looks up at me confused

I smile down at her "Lead the way then"

Himawari gave me a closed eyed smile and took my hand leading me to her new "friend"
