꧁THIRD PERSON POV꧂
The two made their way to the vending machine inside the building. "What do you want?" the boy spoke whilst pushing buttons to get his snack. "Nothing," she responded, her eyes focusing on the posters on the wall rather than the boy. The boy rolled his eyes while adding another packet of chips to his order. He payed for it watching the first packet of chips fall down he bent down to get it, then stood back up waiting for the second to come down. "Are you serious?" The boy spat, capturing the girls attention. "What?" she furrowed her brows, Corbyn moved to the side allowing her to see the packet of chips that was stuck halfway. Olivia's hand immediatley covered her mouth as she started laughing. "It's not funny..." Corbyn started shaking the machine before giving up with yet another sigh. "Here." He handed her the one packet that actually came out. "Stop laughing." he scoffed but while the girls head leaned back in amusment a small smile made its way onto his face.
After Olivia stopped laughing she opened the packet of chips, shoving the packet into Corbyns chest. "What?" his eyes looked down at the packet. "Eat some." She simply replied shaking the packet a little. The boy noticed the girl not giving up so he did as she said. As they were walking down the hall the bell rang for their third class of the day. "Do we have music?" the boy diverted his eyes down to the girl that had stopped at her locker. Olivia replied with a simple nod of the head, closing her locker and walking with the boy to his. "What are you gonna do without your friend?" the boy questioned, receiving a small shrug of the shoulder from the short girl.
"Hey Olivia." Jonah greeted the girl with a wave as she entered the class with Corbyn. The girl greeted him back before making her way to the back corner that her and Jasmine had claimed. The girl sat down, setting her books down next to her and got her phone to call Jasmine. 'Please answer, please answer, please..' "What's up?" Jasmines face was then seen on her screen. "Hi" Olivia greeted awkwardly. "Hi, whats wrong?" Jasmine sat up on her bed, focusing on the girl on the other side of the phone. "We need to work on this assessment. We've done nothing." Olivia stated, receiving a hum from the phone.
"I have some lyrics and lyric ideas down but I need you to put them together and basically write the whole song." Jasmine said before continuing. "I'll send it to you. You can start on the lyrics then when I'm in we can work on the rhythm and all that 'cause I have an idea but it needs to match your lyrics." Jasmine explained. Olivia nodded her head in agreement. "Send me what you have and I'll try to write something before next lesson." Olivia received a nod from Jasmine before ending the call.
Olivia opened her messages app right as she received a text from Jasmine.
Jasmine: I was thinking of what you said. You didn't seem to want to sing about love but since you agreed these are just lyric ideas :)
- I'ma love you even though I'm scared.
- Made of glass the way you see through me.
- Before I met you, I never felt good enough.
- Taking me for a ride, telling me pretty little lies.
Idk just mix them up or something, I'm not good when it comes to lyrics :o
Olivia smiled at her friends attempt before quickly getting a piece of paper, writing down every lyric that came to her head.
"Have you given up on the bet yet?" Daniel asked Corbyn, capturing the other boys attention. "No." Corbyn simply replied whilst rolling his eyes. "Bro just give up, you're not gonna win her heart." Jack spoke from his little spot next to Zach, both boys working on guitar. Corbyn fake smiled at the boy before walking towards the small storage room next to them that held more instruments. As he opened the door he saw Samantha standing there with a small smile "Hi Corbyn." She spoke before shoving past him and walking to her group. Corbyn shrugged his shoulders before walking inside to get a guitar.
