So straight from the wedding to the airport. We caught a ten hour plus flight to Iceland.
"You know we could've just flown here." I said.
"No, you are not going to carry me on your back and make it a six hour trip, especially you going to and from." He argued.
"Of course not, you'd fly too." I said.
"Yeah, that's assuming I could have control of this new found power." He argued as the plane landed. We then took our seatbelts off and began to disembarked the plane.
"Even so, I think you'd be fine," He sighed, "you have me." I said as he grabbed his backpack from the overhead storage. I threw on my messenger bag and we walked to baggage claim. We waited for our luggage to come around, I took a quick glance at Winn, his cheeks were a bit red and he looked worried. I could tell that something was bothering Winn but he refuses to tell me. It gets very frustrating when he doesn't want to talk about it and I can tell when its eating at him. "I'm going to go get a coffee, do you want a cup?"
"Sure." He said as I walked over to the coffee stop, I looked around and noticed that the language was a bit all over, from Danish to Swedish to Norwegian to Icelandic. It was a tad bit confusing, I met with the servers warm smile.
"Hey, what can I get for you?" He asked me.
"You speak English. Sorry that was ignorant of me." I said and he chuckled.
"No, no. It wasn't, I just seen by the look on your face that you probably don't know which language to use here, it does vary, depending on the area you'll be staying in." He said.
"Good to know. Can I have two medium roast coffees, with a splash of hazelnut, cream and two sugars." I said.
"You got it." He said.
"Thank you." I said as I looked over towards Winn. He looks extremely frustrated as if something went horribly wrong.
Winn's Perspective...
I didn't have the best dream on the plane. Hell I haven't been able to have a good dream rest just three days before the wedding. I keep having this same reoccurring dream that I hurt Nala. I can't imagine ever doing something like that, and I feel rather awful that I can't bring myself to tell her and that I know that I she feels that I am pushing her away. Please Nala bear with me. I sighed and I watched our luggage filter through on the conveyer belt. I grabbed the bags and walked towards Nala.
"I got em." She said with a smile I then smiled back. We walked towards a sitting area.
"Thank you." I said.
"So, what's on the itinerary?" She asked me.
"Well we got two days in the hot springs at Blue Lagoon, Snowmobiling, Whale watching and visiting Westfjords. We can do other things to." I said.
"Nice, so what are we waiting for?" She asked me.
"A driver to get us to the home that we will be staying in." I said as the driver then came by.
"Excuse me, would you happen to be the Schotts?" The driver asked.
"Yup." I said.
"Excellent. I'll take your bags." He said.
"I'll help." I said as we walked to the car. The driver opened the door for Nala.
"Thank you." She said and I put the bags in the trunk. He got in the driver's seat and I slammed the trunk shut, but when I did that I crushed the trunk, leaving a dent in the car. I forced it open and banged the dent out and left it open.
