Lena left to put the yellow kryptonite in the carrying case.

"Nala, you don't have to do this." Kal said. A breech opened in Kara's living room. It was Barry, Cisco, Caitlin, Cecile, Joe and Iris.

"Sorry for dropping by unannounced, but we caught wind of a villain coming here." Cisco said.

"Thank god you guys are here, but bad timing on our end." Alex said.

"I'm feeling a lot of emotions here. Fear, sadness, anger, regret. Worry more than anything." Cecile said.

"I am trying to get Jude back and finish what Kal, started." I said.

"And in doing so, she could get herself killed." Kal said.

"Why? She one of two women of steel." Joe said.

"She made yellow kryptonite. Which could've taken her powers away, or worse, killed her." Winn said.

"But instead, I'm allergic to it." I said.

"Still could've died." Kal said.

"At least it Jude wouldn't be kidnapped." I said as my phone rang. I answered it, "Mom, I have to tell you something..."

"Sweetheart, I don't have much time before my door gets knocked down, your brother was taken? I have Ramsey's with me and he is preventing the door from opening." She said. I placed my hand on Kara's countertop. "Honey I don't know where we are going but..." She said as I heard the door hinges break. I dropped my phone and flew out Kara's window. I got to the house in time. One guy hand my brother and I punched him in the face so hard he was unconscious, Mom was putting up a fight until they tried to inject her with a sedative. I lasered it out of his hand and head butted him. I broke the skin on my forehead and he was unconscious. A can was tossed in the room and I protected my mom and brother from the flash bang with my cape. I made us invisible. More people came in and collected the unconscious men.

"They are still here. She hasn't left yet." One guy said to another.

"Here Super Justice. I know you are still around." Alan said. We snuck out the back door. I then held my mom under her arms, and she held Ramsey's tightly and I flew back to Kara's. I seen the car that everyone piled into and I landed softly on the car. They drove to my house and I made sure that my suit came off. My mom got in the car through the sun roof and I passed her Ramsey's and I got off the top. Winn pulled out a cloth out of the car door and gave it to me to wipe the blood off my forehead. We all walked into my house.

"This was a close call." I whispered to myself. I stopped bleeding, Ramsey's was fast asleep in Joe's arms.

"So what's the plan?" Barry asked.

"I'm going to give them what they want, and in hopes I get Jude back." I said.

"We'll go with you." Cisco said.

"No, they made it very clear that they just want her to be there." Kara said.

"Ok, we should monitor you." Cisco suggested.

"Well, we have an emotional tie together." Winn said.

"We could make some vital monitors for you, and connect it to some of the tech in your suit." Caitlin said.

"We can get it done now." Winn said and they nodded. I gave them my ring as Caitlin, Lena, Cisco, Winn and Brainy went down stairs to the lab. I sat at my island away from everyone. I began to think to myself. Cecile came over to me, "Don't beat yourself up and let them help."

"I can't watch everyone." I said.
