Saying Yes To A Vision In White

I rushed through the doors as my eyes met with Kara's gaze.

"By one minute. It's. Two fifty nine." She said.

"Sorry, it won't happen again." I said.

"And where is the wedding party?" The man said as Lena, Iris, Caitlin, Alex, Sara, Lois, Nia, Catherine stood next to Kara and I.

"Gang's all here. Wait where is Zari?" I asked.

"About that. Zari is Behrad. When. Zari is in the amulet but she is he." Sara said.

"So nine dresses?" The man asked.

"No, ten. Still." I said.

"Are you sure?" Kara asked.

"Yes of course." I said as I went and sat down on the ottoman and I waited for my girls to come out. Kara was the first one finished. "Kara don't come out until everyone is done."

"Fine." She said and I smiled.

"I like the way this looks." Nia said.

"I would do me in this dress." Sara said.

"This is gorgeous." Lena said.

"I'm at a lost for words." Iris said.

"Same." Catherine said.

"So I take it everyone likes their dress. I mean it's not different except Catherine's and Kara's." I said as I covered my eyes.

"Ready?" Kara asked.

"Yes and my eyes are closed." I said as my eyes were covered. The curtains were drawn. Everyone gasped. "I take it you like it?"

"Like, love." Catherine said.

"Can I open now?" I asked.

"Yes." Alex said as I uncovered my eyes and all the girls are a vision in light blue. Kara's dress is a bit different because she had a braided white belt around the waist and Catherine had a white head band to match the plain white belt around her waist.

"You guys look beautiful." I said softly.

"You picked them." Sara said.

"I know." I said.

"Are you ready for your dress?" Kara asked me.

"Ahh no, there's literally so many to choose from. I don't know if I'll find the one." I said.

"Doesn't hurt to try." Caitlin said.

"Your right. But I don-" I said.

"Not to worry mi amor, I have one, fresh from the designer." The man said.

"Like straight from the designer?" Iris asked.

"Yes. Like Jennifer Toussiant just finished this dress. Delivered it to the store asked for a bride to have it today so she can get a few pictures, see it at the wedding, and have it in the wedding dress spread. Maybe sell a couple of copies. Anyways it can't hurt to try it on." He said.

"I don't know." I said.

"I say go for it." Lena said.

"Tell you what, I'll leave it here in this dressing room, you can take a look at some other ones and just let me know." He said.

"Nala, this is a once in a life time opportunity. If you hate it you don't have to buy it." Kara said to me. I rubbed the back of my neck and sighed.

"I really do love Jennifer Toussiant." I said.

"Yes you do." She said.

"Why do I feel like you are responsible for this?" I asked.

"No, at least not this." She said with a smile on her face.
