Tobin pov
It late I can't sleep Christen is right next to me fast asleep. She's beautiful when she is asleep, well she's always beautiful. I really did have fun with her family there all great. In two days we are flying out to my parents house. I'm a little nervous which is probably why I can't sleep. I look over at the clock and realized it's 6:00am. Christen alarm should be going off soon. Right on cue she reached over and turned off then turned and cuddled into me. "Good morning baby" I said. She looked up at me surprised that I'm awake.
"Good morning your up early"
"I could sleep"
"Oh I'm sorry baby"
"It's okay love I just have a lot on my mind" I gave her a couple of kisses. "I love you"
"I love you too"
"You wanna go get some breakfast"
"I'd love too" we both got up and put some clothes on. I noticed she put my shorts and one of my sweatshirts on.
We went to the restaurant we always go to and sat at our usual table. "Hi my name is Mia I'll be you server for today what can I start you off with" she did not look up once when she finally did we made eye contact and her mouth dropped. "Your Tobin Heath omg I'm a big fan"
"Thank you"
"Could you maybe sign this for me"
"Yeah sure" she then looked over at Chris.
"Wait your Christen press I love you your amazing" she was so happy. "Could you sign this too"
"Yeah of course" we both signed it.
"Now what can I get you guys."
"We will just have water"
"Okay and do you guys know what you want to eat."
"Yeah we will both have blue Barries pancakes but one with sausage and the other with bacon" Chris said.
"Okay I'll have it right out for you" she walked away doing a little dance me and Chris just laughed.
"That's never Happened before" I looked at her confused.
"What?"
"Nobody has ever asked me to sign anything we'll not in public"
"Well it's probably gonna happen more not that your on the national team"
Two days later getting ready to go to the airport.
I grabbed our suitcases and brought them over to the door. "Chris come on we gotta go" Kelly came walk out of her room.
"You guys leaving" Kelly says.
"Yep we'll be back in like four days" Chris finally made her way out of her room.
"Alright I'm ready" she walks over to Kelly and hugs her. "Bye kel don't burn the place down while we're gone"
"Chris I won't even be here to burn it down I'm going to see my family remember"
"Yeah sorry I forgot" we mad our way to the taxi that was waiting for us I put our stuff in the truck while Chris got in. I soon joined.
We land and make our way out of the plane to find my mother. Chris sees her before I do and drags me over to my mom. Chris and her hug before she moves to me. "Hi mom"
"Hi Toby, how was your guys flight"
"It was good Chris slept most of the time" we grab our bags and make our way to the car I let Christen sit up front with my mom. We finally arrive at my parents house and I see my bother walk out. I get out of the car and hug him.
"Toby I missed you"
"Missed you too Jeff" Chris gets out of the car and makes her way over to us. "Chris this is my bother Jeff, Jeff this is my beautiful girlfriend Christen"
"It's nice to meet you Christen I've heard a lot about you" he held his hand out for her to shake.
"It's nice to meet you too" she shook his hand and we made our way inside. My dad was in the living room with both my sisters.
"Hey Katie, hey Perry"
"Hey Toby" they both said standing up. I hugged both of them before pull Chris over.
"Chris these are my sisters, Perry and Katie, Katie, Perry This my beautiful girlfriend Christen" I said point at them.
"It's nice to meet you guys"
"It's nice to finally meet you too" Perry says
"We've heard a lot about you" Katie says. We are now all sitting together I'm in between Perry and Chris. My arm is wrapped around Chris. We are all laughing and telling stories. It's been awhile since we were all together. "We really have missed you Tobin"
"I've miss you guy too"
"Well" my dad says stand up from his seat. "It's getting late why don't we all get som sleep and we can go out for breakfast in the morning" we all agreed with him and went our separate ways. I lead Chris to my room. It was exactly the same as I left it. With all my trophies and metals. It's like a time capsule threw up in here. I close the door and pull Chris into me. She relaxes right away.
"How are you feeling love"
"Not bad I was a little nervous to meet your siblings but no that I have I'm fine they are all nice."
"I think they all like you" I kid her forehead. "I know my parents do"
"Yeah I knew that I was never worried about them" I just smile at her.
"Well I'm glad that they like you because that would have been awkward"
"What you mean"
"Chris it would be awkward if they didn't like you because your not going anywhere remember I'm in for the long haul with you"
"I know tobs" I pull her into a hug now.
"I love you Chris"
"I love you too Tobin" we kissed now it was slow but she pulled away after a little bit. "Let's get ready for bed" she said before walking over to her suitcase to grab her pjs. I did the same but I watched as she changed. She caught me and I just smiled.
"What can I say Chris your beautiful every inch of you." I put my hands up in surrender she just blushes, which gives me butterflies. After all this time I can't believe she still has such a hold over me. We crawl into the bed. She snuggles right into me. I fall asleep right away.
I get woken up to soft kisses being placed on my lips. I smile into them. I open my eyes and see Chris smiling down at me. "Good morning baby" I say with a big smile.
"Good morning Toby" I pull her into me her head is resting on my chest. We just lay like this. I run my fingers through her hair. Then a knock at the door breaks me out of my thoughts but I don't move an inch, neither does Chris.
"Come in" Perry walked in she just smiled when she saw us.
"I was just coming to tell you we're going to be leaving soon for breakfast"
"Alright we'll be down in a bit"
"Okay" is all she said before she left closing the door behind her.
Perry's pov
I make my way down the stairs to where everyone else was at. Seeing Tobin so happy with Christen like that made me like Christen a little. I still don't know her enough to have an opinion but I'm glad she makes Toby happy. "We they asleep my dad asks"
"No they were just laying there cuddled up" I said. "Tobin looked very happy"
"Glad to see nothing has changed since we first met Christen after there game" my mom says.
"She really has been good your sister" my dad says.
"I mean from what I've seen Toby seems happy" Jeff says.
Back upstairs
Tobins pov
Me and Chris get up and get ready. She throws on a pair of jeans and one of my sweatshirts. I smile at her before throwing on some joggers and a sweatshirt. It was a lot colder here then it was in Utah. I grabbed both the coats we brought. "Ready" I asked.
"Yep" she follows behind me down the stairs. Everyone was in the living room waiting for us.
"Alright everyone ready" my dad asked standing up.
"Yeah" we all said head outside. Me and chris rode with my parents. Perry, Katie, and Jeff all drive together. We went to the same restaurant we go to every time we are all together.
I look around and they still have my high school soccer photos up. "Awe look it little Tobin" Chris said pointing out one of the pictures. I just smiled at her. I sat between chris and Jeff. Katie and Perry sat across from us and my parents sat at both ends of the table. We all order. While waiting for the food we just talked and laughed about anything and everything.
