Kelli's POV
"Hey Kelli, they're making an announcement for all the residents living in the neighbour." my mother said, entering my room.
"It's Sunday morning. Can't I skip it?!" I whined, refusing to budge from my bed. It's been a long week and I deserve sleep.
"I heard they're doing a fundraiser! Come on we could use some trees!" she successfully yanked me off the bed, sending me to a painful crash on to the floor.
"UGGHHH!!!!" I groaned as I got up. I quickly got dressed and followed my mother to the neighbour park. We arrive to a man speaking in a pedestal with a lot of people surrounding him.
"What is this?" I mumbled while my mum was digging me through herds of people.
" I think we was right." she replied as we reached the front.
"...And so we ask all of you to do us a kind favour and help us raise money to provide you more with more efficient environment to live." The man said. He than bent down to grab a box of which it looked like chocolate.
"All we ask is that every family sells at least two boxes at the end of the week." he said.
"You should do it!" Mother motivated.
"Why would I waste my time on something like this?" I snorted.
"Oh! I almost forgot! The one person who sells the most bars of chocolates can pick one from three prizes. Prize number one is a free trip to the spa resort." the man said.
"Ooooo that sounds fun!" Mum commented.
"I don't need to go to the spa!" I said back.
"Prize two is $1000 worth of gummy bears." Announced the man.
"You like sweets don't you?" Chirped mum.
"Oh come on that's just stupid." I retorted.
"And prize three is a life sized cardboard cutouts of One direction!"
"WHAT THE HELL!!" I blurted out, causing everybody to turn their heads at my direction.
"MOM MOM MOM THIS IS WHAT IVE BEEN WAITING FOR!!!" I screamed. I jump and and down in excitement. I waited for the man to finish his boring speech and then I rushed to the boxes, taking as many packs in my hands as I could. My mom caught up to me and poured some boxes into her arms to carry.
"Are you sure you can sell all these?" She asked, struggling to keep them all in her arms.
"Of course!" I replied as I shovelled a bunch more into my arms. We walked home from the park which normally took about 5 minutes but because we kept dropping the boxes it took us half an hour to get home, but I'll do anything to make one direction mine!

"You know, you look like you could use some chocolate." I said following the girl through the front path to our school.
"Not interested." She said, looking straight forward and avoiding my puppy eyes.
"Oh come on! It's for a good cause! And you'll make my day." I smiled cutely, stepping in front of her and waving the box around.
"Get out of my way!" She ordered as she shoved me away causing me to fall on to the grass. I put my hands on the ground to lift myself up before I saw a hand reach out for me. I look up to see Billy, expressionless as always. I tentatively took his hand and lifted me up to my feet, bringing my face much closer than I'd like.
"Watch and learn." he smirked faintly before he turned around and caught up to the girl who I was bargaining with just a second ago.
"Hey you're pretty cute." Billy said biting his lip. My jaw dropped to the floor. What is he doing?"
"Y-your.....th.......that new guy." was all the girl could stutter.
"So you know me." Billy said before taking something out of his bag, which turned out to be a box of chocolates. My eyes and mouth even more.
"Do you think a pretty girl would do me a favour?"
"ANYTHING!" She piped.
"Good, cause you see, I need to sell some of these chocolates...."
"Done!" The girl took out some notes from her purse and happily have it to Billy. He smiled and handed a pack before he walked back to me. I closed my mouth and gave him an evil glare.
"I cannot believe you!" I shouted, punching him in the shoulder.
"What? My endorsing skills are being compared?" Billy teased.
"No you're using your.....your....." I gestured flamboyantly at him.
"To the chocolates."
"My good lucks." he bragged.
"Yes!" I hissed a little too eager than I should have. Billy smiled amusedly at this.
"Why are you even participating in this anyways?"
"My ten year old cousin loves one direction, so my mum told me to win the cut outs for her. Billy said as we walked into school.
"Well tell your little cousin to cry herself a river, because I am not backing down from my one direction boys without a fight!" I threatened before I walk away from him to my first period.

"CHOCOLATE!! WHITE!!!! MILK!!!!!DARK!!!!! CARAMEL!!!!!" I shouted standing on top of the desk waving around a few chocolate bars.
"Will you shut up!!!" I heard someone yell before I got smacked by a board rubber on the back of my head. Some of my classmates laugh, I sighed as I got of the desk. Leo quickly rushed over to help me down.
"Just ignore them. I'll buy another bar." Leo piped.
"Thanks Leo, but you already bought 10 bars! It's okay really!" I told him.
"Urrghhh Kelli!" Leo wrapped his arm around my shoulder as we walked to science class. I swear I think I already died and went to heaven which would explain why I'm not unconscious on the floor right now.
"Uh....Leo-"
"Oh you know I like you Kelli" Leo chimed happily. You know, I think I'm really liking this new life of mine. We entered our science class and I heard Billy say something.
"......Chocolate. So I need to sell a few boxes, So could you guys-"
"NOOOOOOOO!!!!!" I screamed running from Leo's grasp and shoving Billy away from the other boys.
"GUYS!! Don't listen to Billy. He's selling those chocolates for evil reasons. But my chocolate; please they're for a good cause." I smiled at them holding the boxes.
"Listen here you crazy woman!!!" Billy grabbed my collar of my shirt and pulled me closer to him.
"Shove me again and you're dead!" Billy angrily said.
"See! This guy is plain sinful!" I pouted, turning to the boys and ignoring Billy sending death glares at me.
"Wait, you two are both selling the chocolates?" Leo asked, approaching us. He was chewing and had a half eaten bar in his hand.
"Leo! Don't tell me you bought that from her!" Billy said finally letting go of my collar.
"Oh my god! You both are competing a fundraiser together!!" Mateus laughed.
"Who actually does those anyways?" Tyrel sniggered.
"I think it sounds fun!" Leo chimed.
"Can we help?"
"You can help me!" Billy said.
"Ooo ooooo I know! Why don't we split into two teams? One team for Luke and the other one for Kelli. Then we could see which team wins!" Spencer suggested.
"Brilliant!" Billy cheered.
"I'll be on Kelli's team." Leo said walking besides me.
"ME TOO!" Spencer marched over to where we were.
"LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!!"

"No." said a grumpy old man right before he slammed the door in our faces.
"That's the fifteenth time today!" Spencer pouted in defeat.
"Don't give up yet Spencer. We still have the rest of the week left." Leo consoled, wrapping him arm around Spencer.
"And we've only sold like what... Three bars?" Spencer said.
"THREE BARS!!! HAHAHAHA!!" An obnoxious voice snorted. We look behind to see Billy, Cole, Tyrel and Mateus running towards us pulling a red wagon full of boxes and a large jar of money.
"How pathetic!!" Tyrel pointed.
"Hey we were here first!! Go find a different neighbourhood!!!!" I screamed at them as they ran passed us with their wagon.
"LATER LOSERS!!!" Mateus yelled, who was riding in the wagon waving a pile of money and around.
"OH I HATE THIS!!" I moaned.
"Okay, that's it! We're going to get gruesome!" Spencer declared.
"And how are we suppose to do that?" Leo asked.

"PRETTY PLEEEAAASSSSEEEE!!!"
"I rest my case." Leo said to me as the lady clapped and cheered in amusement, handing Spencer a couple of notes.
"Thank you miss." Spencer said while giving two boxes to the lady. She waved us off as we walked away, counting all the money we've earned in the last week.
"We've sold about.....thirty three boxes!" Leo cheered counting on his clipboard.
"WOW! I think we might be beating the other team." I said hopefully.
"We probably did. I mean, have you seen my cuteness?" Spencer bragged.
"More than I'd like to!" I teased.
"We still have tomorrow guys. lets not get to cocky. They could easily catch up to us, if we were ahead of them in the first place." Leo said.
"Okay, I'll bring my extra hardcore cuteness tomorrow." Spencer pumped his fist in the air.
"You do that Spencer! Kelli, do you think you could do some sabatoging?" Leo smiled at me.
"WHAT?!" I questioned him confusingly.
"Come on, you're living right next door to our marketing competitor. Haven't you even tried destroying his chocolate or something? Leo asked.
"Well.... it hasn't really come across me."
"Why don't you check on how many boxes he has sold? That will help us?" Leo suggested. I thought about how much a heavy sleeper he was and considered this. He always sleep at home before coming to our house and sleep in the floor.
"I guess I could see how well he's been doing." I said with a sly smile.
"Atta girl!" Leo ruffled my hair.
