Billy's POV
"Where's Kelli?" Tyrel asked as we sat down in out usual lunch spots.
"She stayed back in class to finish of a test." Spencer replied.
"Oh okay. So how did your confession go Leo?" Mateus asked grinning. I Almost chocked on my chocolate.
"Bad" Leo said disappointedly.
Wait!! You confessed to somebody!!" I asked.
"Yeah Billy. Didn't you know? Leo was going to tell Kelli that he likes her on Saturday." Cole said. I felt everything freeze around me. I just didn't think that everything would happen so early.
"I was planning on asking her on a date too." Leo sadly played around with his food.
"But it's okay. I think I'm going to try asking her out after school." Leo said.
"YOU CANT!!!!" I blurted out. All of their head turn towards me.
"She.....shes busy today. I over heard the our parents about doing something tonight." I lied.
"Oh okay then. Next time." Leo exhaled. He looked dejected today; it's so different to his usual happy cheerful self. But I don't care. If we both like Kelli then I won't show any mercy. I'm taking action now!!!!

"KELLLIIII!!!!" I yelled, repeatedly banging on her front door.
"NOBODYS HOME!!!!" I heard her shout from the house.
"KKKKKEEEEELLLLLIIIIII!!!!!!" I shouted even louder and started banging on the door harder. I heard a groan and waited for a minute before the door flung open.
"What do you want???!!!" She exclaimed. Well somebody's grumpy today....
"Let's do something!!!" I chimed.
"What? Now? Why?!!!" She questioned.
"Because I want to say thank for looking after me on Saturday when I was ill." I said.
"Awwww how sweet. Your welcome bye!!" Kelli tried shutting the door on me but I used my foot to stop the door.
"Nope you're coming with me." I stepped inside for a brief moment to get her jacket and dragged Kelli out of the house.
"Waiiitttt!! Let me tell my parents that I'm leaving!!!" Kelli started running the other direction but I held a good grip on her arm and pulled her forward.
"I'll call them. SPEND TIME WITH YOUR NEIGHBOUR!!!" I successful pride her off the doorframe and bought her into the car.
"You're a monster!!" Kelli mumbled whilst putting on her seatbelt.
"Oh shut up!!!" I rolled my eyes.

"Why are we doing this????!!!!" Kelli whined as she gripped on to the railing of the ice rink with her life.
"I told you!!! I'm thanking you for taking care of me on Saturday so I'm teaching you how to skate." I said holding out my hand for her to take it.
"Can't you thank me with a hug or a pat on the back or something???!!! Why do I have to go through this???!!!" Her knuckles turned white as her feet started slipping against the ice beneath her.
"Come on don't be afraid." I stared straight at her eyes and she bit her lip, her gaze darted back from me to my hand. Kelli tentatively took it and I smiled. I started skating along the circumference of the rink, while she was being pulled behind me. It was the same rink that we went on that fake double date, but today they weren't any other skaters. The sun was still setting as well, painting the sky with lots of different shades of purple and pink. It's almost like the date all over again except there's no Leo and no Olivia. No one wedging between us. Just me and Kelli.
"You're supposed to be skating on your own with the trick I taught you." I said still looking forward.
"I am." she responded. I stopped abruptly, causing her to slam against my back.
"Okay then." I moved swiftly across the rink to the other side and leaning against the railing.
"Skate to me." I watched her in amusement as her face turned pale. Kelli barley put one foot in motion when her legs started flailing rapidly and a loud scream escaped her mouth. Her arms must've flew in a hundred different directions before her sliding legs got out of control, resulting a crash on to the ice.
"Are you okay." I asked skating to her and helping her up.
"I feel fantastic thanks for asking." Kelli said sarcastically, holding on to me to maintain her balance. I grabbed both of her hands and started skating backwards, watching her as she fumbled with her feet.
"I forgot how to do it!!" Kelli staring at her feet worriedly.
"Don't look at your feet. Look at me." I stopped moving and breezily let go one of her hands to hold her chin and tilt her head up. From the look of her eyes it seemed that it started her but she stayed completely still. I grabbed her hand again and started skating. Her eyes were alarmed as they stayed locked on mine.
"Loosen up. Just pretend that you've been skating for years and that its a walk in the park." I advised. She nodded and I quickened my pace. I looked down at our feet. She's skating!!
"I'm going to let go now. See if you can skate on your own." I said, releasing her warm soft hands. I glided a couple of feet away from her and watched her carefully as she skated nearer and nearer. She was so close to reaching me but she slipped and I quickly caught her. We both looked at each other while I was holding her and a thought suddenly came up. Maybe there is hope for us. Maybe winning Kelli would be easier than I thought. Maybe she could possibly like me back.
"THIS IS SOOOO TIRING I DONT WANT TO DO THIS ANYMORE!!!!!!!" Kelli whined, pushing me back and using the railing to guide her back to the entrance. Okay maybe it won't be that simple.

Kelli's POV
As soon as I got home I took a shower and dressed into nice clean clothes. I went downstairs and sprawled myself on to the sofa, completely exhausted from Billy's thank you. I mean I appreciate it and all but today was a bit weird. Billy was acting different than usual somehow. I don't know how to describe it, but I really don't like it.
"Oh Kelli your home. Billy called and said that you two went ice skating. How cute!!! I'm finally glad that you to are getting along!!!!" My mom said.
"Yeah me too." I grumbled. Ugh I never want to spend time with him ever again.
