Chapter 16

Kelli's POV
BBBIIIILLLLYYYYY!!!! WAKE UP!!!" I heard a voice pierce through my beautiful sleep.
"WILLIAM BRENT UNGER!! YOU BETTER BE DOWNSTAIRS IN TWO MINUTES!!!!!" It rang again. I slowly opened my sore eyes and stretched my back which hurt like hell. Wait... Did I sleep on my desk while I was studying? No I'm in a bed....but it's not mine. I noticed that my legs was sprawled on somebody's else's leg and my arm was clinging on to somebody's arm. I finally turned around and saw Billy sleeping peacefully. I remember now! I came into Billy's room so he could help me. Aw, I guess I fell asleep before I finished a problem. I hope I do good on my exam today.
"BILLY YOUR GOING TO BE LATE FOR SCHOOL!!!!!" I heard Mrs Unger's voice coming closer. Uh oh. she can't find out that I slept in Billy's bed. AHHHH WHAT DO I DO???!!! SHE'S GOING TO THINK IM AN EROTIC CHILD. Without a second to spare, I dived under the covers and made myself as flat as possible so she doesn't know I'm here. Mrs Unger slammed the door opened.
Billy! Do you know what's the time!!!" She yelled. Billy grumbled and pulled the covers over his head. I panicked and scooted closer to Billy, hoping that Mrs Unger would just think that he gained a bunch of weight instead of another person in there. I was squished into him completely but he was fast asleep to notice.
"Wake up Billy!!!" Mrs Unger walked to the bed. Oh please no. Please don't lift up the covers. And just as if she read my exact thoughts, I felt her hands grab the blanket. In an instant I gripped the blanket over Billy's head and pulled it with all my strength to fight against her. My face was wavering around Billy's at a dangerous distance and it was impossible not to blush.
"BILLY!!! WE DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS!!!!!" She yelled again, tugging the blanket even harder. I pulled as hard as I could from stopping her taking the blanket of me and Billy but it was hard to focus when Billy's face was extremely close to mine. I'm just glad he wasn't awake because it could've just been awkward. And just in time Billy's eyes fluttered opened.
"AAAAGGGGHHHHH!!!!!" He screamed quickly sitting up. I quickly fell on to his lap to make sure that Mrs Unger knows that I wasn't there. I hope that I'm unnoticeable.
"Finally your awake. School started half an hour ago. Now hurry up and get dressed. Mrs Unger said leaving the room. Billy yanked the blanket of his lap.
"What are you doing in my bed??!!" Billy shouted. I quickly sat up and shuffled away from him."
"Sorry I fell asleep while I was working." I said.
"Okay now get out of my room." Billy barked.
"Calm your tits I'm going for goodness sake. I think somebody's on their periods." I teased.
"Haha very funny." Billy said blankly. I got out of the bed and leaped through our windows and went to my room and got ready for school fast.

It was finally last period and I desperately wanted my maths exam given back to me because I'm dying to know what I got.
"Here you go Kelli." My teacher said to me whilst giving me the paper.
"Thank you." I said politely before he walked off. I quickly turned my paper around and saw my score.
"What did you get KELLI?" LEO asked me leaning on my desk.
"86!!" I said happily.
"Wow! I'm so proud of you. I knew you would get a good score." Leo said supportively, reaching his hand out. I high five him.
"Billy! Look I got a 97 on my exam!" Olivia skipped to Billy waving her test paper around.
"Coooolllll" Billy replied.
"Thank you for tutoring me Leo. Without your help I wouldn't get a good score." I said to him.
"Hey! Where's my thank you. I helped you last night you know." Billy said.
"Thanks Billy." I said, giving him a dirty look.
"Thanks Billy? You came into my room at 4am in the morning and all I get is Thanks Billy!" Billy said.
"You went to his house at 4am in the morning?" Olivia asked me, giving me a dirty glare.
"Yup." Billy answered for me. He looked at me and then to Leo.
"She also slept with me." He smirked.
"Billy!" I gritted through my teeth.
"You did?" Leo asked.
"You did?!!" Olivia asked narrowing her eyes at me.
"It's not like that!! Billy has a tendency of what he dreams of." I defended.
"Like I ever dream of something so disgusting like you." Billy said bitterly. The air tensed up and the silence started getting a little bit awkward but we was saved by the bell.
"Oh, it looks like class is over. Come on Kelli I'll walk you out." Leo said packing his stuff away. I packed my stuff and then he held my hand and led me through the classroom. We was walking down the corridors still holding hands, EEEKKK!!!
"What was that all about?" Leo asked me.
"I really don't know...Its just Billy being a jerk like he always is." I said.
"He's not always like this. He just acts like this whenever you're around. I find that a bit weird. He always act so mean to you" Leo said confused.
"I think he's mean to everyone." I said.
"Yeah, but usually it's just a standoffish funny thing he had. But whenever he's around you it's different." Leo said as we reached outside.
"Well anyways me and the boys are going out today and u wanted to ask you if you wanted to come with us?" Leo asked, smiling as always. I was about to answer until a heard someone scream out my name.
"Kelli!! Kelli wait up!!" Me and Leo turned around to see Olivia running towards us. When Olivia finally was standing right in front of us she was trying to get her breath back.
"K Kelli I w was t thinking t that we could m maybe hang out today" Olivia said, while catching her breath. She then smiled at me. This does.....normally happen.
"Oh...today? " I asked confused.
"Yeah. I was thinking maybe going to your house and then we could do something." Olivia glanced down at her hands.
"Um the boys and I are going out to eat out so maybe if we could pick you both-" Leo said before he was rudely interrupted by Olivia.
"No! I mean Lele, I just wanted to hang out with Kelli today. We were fiends since we were young but we never have time to see each other because of school, and today I see that we are both free we could maybe catch up on our daily lives." Olivia said with puppy dog eyes
"Ok I understand. Well I'll see you both later." Leo then walked off leaving me alone with Olivia.
"Okay what do you want?!" I snapped when Leo was out of sight.
"What? I just want to go back to the old times when we were best friends." She smiled.
"Spit it out. I'm not dumb!" I barked.
"Hey don't talk to me like that. And I'm actually reeling the truth." she pouted. I could clearly tell that she was lying. Was she planning something?

"Woah! Pretty house." Olivia said slipping of her shoes.
"Thanks." I mumbled walking to the kitchen.
"So what do you want to do?" Olivia asked.
"I don't know. It was your idea to come here in the first place so you choose." I said pouring juice into a glass for myself.
"I'm hungry." She whined.
"What should I do about that. We're in a kitchen and a kitchen is full with food so look through the drawers and find something to eat." I said drinking my juice.
"But there's absolutely nothing here." she pouted looking through the drawers anxiously.
"Do you want me to cook you Pasta? "I asked.
"No, I want to to cook me bacon." she ordered.
"Well we haven't got bacon." I announced
"I said I want chicken. I need chicken." She said angrily
"I said we don't have any." I repeated
"Billy might have some." she said
"I really don't think he does" I said to her
"Probably he does." She argued back
"Well go over there and check." I said. The sooner this lunatic is out of my house the better.
"Really! By myself." She turned to me smiling like an idiot.
"Sure go knock yourself out." I replied. Now I know why she came here. She just wanted an excuse to go to Billy's house. Wow she's smart.
"Thanks." She said while slipping her shoes on. She opened the door and left my house. Finally!! I reached out my phone and told him that I changed my plans and I wanted to go out with him and the boys and he replied that he was going to be here with the boys in 5 minutes. I sat down on the couch and watched some TV too pass the time.
"KELLI!!" About 3 minute later somebody shouted my name out. I knew it was the boys so I quickly put my jacket and shoes on and ran outside. After I locked the door we all squeezed into the car and I laughed at Leo who was sitting on Coles lap. Leo teasing put his legs over me and Tyrel and we just pushed them off and started laughing. I turned around looking out the window and saw Olivia entering Billy's house with Billy standing outside. We both locked eyes for a moment until the car drove off and he was out of sight.
