7:47am, that morning

"Evelyn, you might wanna wake up and come in here please" hearing Elaine calling for me

Sitting up I look at the clock on the nightstand and see it's early, fuck what could possibly be waiting for me on the other side of the door. Yawning and stretching I walk out the door seeing the police here and Elaine looking to me frantic

"Oh shit" mumbling hoping they don't catch onto anything "what can I help you with officer?"

"Ma'am we got a call this morning about 4:26am when a lady walked her dog and seen her neighbors car busted up and battered. Now noticed the car marks of a Volkswagen and street surveillance shows you speeding out the area"

"Okay and what are you implying officer Piss-ant"

"It's Pissànt, and what I'm implying is you have the right to remain silence-

"Fuck me, alright can I at least put on pants or you gonna let the streets see my ass and underwear ? Elaine everything is gonna be fine just call Tommy and I'll see you guys later"

Getting put in the handcuffs and escorted out I laugh at the thought of how I got here and can't wait to see the look on everyone's faces when they hear about this

Tommy's pov

Hearing a rapid knock at the door I frown going to answer it and see Elaine looking scared and panicked

"Babe what's wrong with you ?"

"Evelyn just got arrested and I need you to come down with me to the police station" she quickly let's out pacing back and forth

"What happened, she partied too hard last night or what ?"

"You wouldn't know since you had your tongue down some girl's throat" she laughs shaking her head mumbling to herself "now isn't the time for that, right now we have to get to Evelyn"

"Alright well let's go, but what happened ?" following her out closing the door

"She totaled Carter's car when she got home this morning and they caught her on video driving my car"

"Why would she do that ?"

"Your guess is as good as mine, but whatever reason she surely had a purpose right ? She wouldn't just do something like that for no reasons whatsoever"

"I'm gonna get that motherfucker once we get her out of there" knew he was bad news

Evelyn's pov

Sitting in the small holding cell I've been trying to nap and go back to sleep but the damn pig won't let me rest without constantly making snide comments about how a girl like me could destroy a man's car. Like size matters asshole, just because we're opposite genders doesn't mean I'm any less feisty

"Hey hothead, you got someone who wants to see you"

Sitting up I see it's Carter, what the hell could he possibly want besides to see me suffering behind a set of bars. If anything he's lucky because he'd be in an infirmary or morgue right now

"That's the last person I wanna see" laying back down

"Evelyn why did you wreck my car, what the hell happened to you last night to do that ?"

"Oh you got some nerve you lying fuck, who's Valerie Carter, your late night lover when you get lonely if I'm not around ? It's always the cute ones with the adorable eyes and smile that want to be cheaters.
