Laying on the couch trying to fall asleep I'm being awaken by the phone ringing for the 4th time today. Can't a girl sleep?! Just please

"What?!"

"Short stack? Hey what are you doing at Slash's place?" Nikki asks

"House sitting, really I'm watching after Pandora until he gets back from visiting family. What did you need I'll be sure to leave a message" getting the pen and paper ready he stops me

"Actually it's fine, so how you doin' ? Anything new on your end"

"I'm settling in fine, thanks again for helping me out. The place is nice and cozy, it's more than what I can ask for"

"You deserve it Evie, you've been getting struck with bad luck so take it as a gift from me to you. And I don't wanna hear where's my present for the next 3 years" hearing him chuckle through the phone I shake my head at the stubbornness

"Don't worry I'll pay you everything back once I get my first and maybe second paycheck, anyways how's the wife"

"She's giving me headaches but she's fine, she still doesn't like you though as much as you think"

"I don't see why I'm fun! Maybe once she gives birth she'll learn to love me, anyways I gotta go. Tell Brandi I love her" smirking at the ridiculous request

"She doesn't love you back, hear from you later short stack" hanging up the phone I try to get some sleep, hopefully no more interruptions

~ few weeks later ~

"Yeah Pandora is fine, just mouth rot. But don't worry I got it all under control, no fluid leakage from the mouth or pus packets just small appetite lost but lucky we got to it early" cuddling with the precious reptile

"I'm still coming home I need to-

"You and I both know I got this Slash just trust me okay"

"Alright, thanks Evelyn" hanging up I go to put the snake back in it's terrarium

Getting a knock at the door I head over seeing a silhouette of two tall figures

"Scared the shit out of me I thought I was being kidnapped, what are you two doing here? Especially you jackass" seeing none other than the two goofballs

"We missed you, so when Nik told me you were at Slash's place we decided to come pick you up" Tommy comes in going for a hug but I move out of the way staring at him confused

"Okay well I actually need to be watching closely of Pandora, so looks like I won't be going anywhere" looking to Nikki for help

"Then we'll hang out here with you I'm sure you need the company" patting my head going for the couch

"Feel like I haven't seen you in forever dude, how have you been. Nikki tells me you got a new place and everything" Tommy asks with curiosity

"Yeah he never could keep secrets" looking at the shithead who only smiles turning on the tv, "But I'm doing good...how's Heather?" saying the name doesn't even get me riled up anymore it's neutral at this point, still hate the girl though

"She's fine just feel like she's never home though always out filming this or filming that"

"Aw bummer, well sorry to hear that" going to the kitchen to grab some lemonade

This is gunna be a long afternoon, I could actually kill Nikki right now for bringing Tommy of all people here

"You guys are stupid, there's no way I'd be getting some while I just found out my bestfriend got killed by a potential serial killer" laying across the couch while Nikki sits in the chair and Tommy on the floor in front of me
