Jessica and Regulus were friends since first year when they met in the Hogwarts' express. They both ended up in Slytherin and now they are like family.

"Hi. Do you mind if I sit here"- Jessica said entering a compartiment with a black-haired boy.
"No. Come in" he said with a smile "What's your name?"
"I am Jessica Potter. What's yours?" she asked politely
"My name is Regulus Black"
"Wait. Are you Sirius' brother?" he nodded "Oh. He is my brother's best friend"
"Yeah, I know. He always talks about him. Well, when mother and father are not at home." he said with a sad face
"Don't you love your parents?" Jessica asked
"No. They are always talking about Pure-blood supremacy and blood-traitors. Since Sirius is in Gryffindor and he's with a lot of blood-traitors, my parents got really mad at him so they always shout at each other."
"That 's not nice. I'm sorry for both of you." She said
"There's no problem. I just want Sirius to be fine and healthy." Regulus said
"Let's change the subject..." Jessica said to make Regulus happy. "In which house do you want to be sorted?"
"I really don't know, but I just hope to be in Slytherin so I don't bring any problems to my family. What about you?"
"I really don't know. But I hope not Gryffindor. I don't want to be my brother's Shadow."
/Once they arrive to Hogwarts/
Professor Minerva McGonagall took the first years' to the great hall for the sorting ceremony to start. As the time passed, more and more people were sorted. Everyone was shouting and clapping whenever someone entered their house.
"Regulus Black" McGonagall Shouted
"SLYTHERIN!" Everyone in Slytherin started clapping while Regulus walked to the table.
"My sister will obviously end up in Gryffindor" James said to their friends, Peter, Remus and Sirius.
"I don't think so. She's going to be Ravenclaw" Peter said
"No chance Wormtail. She'll be a Hufflepuff, look at her lovely face. She wouldn't kill a bug" Sirius said
"Let's make a deal" Peter told Sirius
"Ok. I say she will be a Hufflepuff. Prongs, you said Gryffindor. Wormy you go with Ravenclaw, and what about you Moony?" Sirius asked
"I'm not going to be part of that." Remus said turning around to keep watching the ceremony
"Jessica Potter" McGonagall shouted
"Hmm... SLYTHERIN!"
"What?!" James said surprised "There's no way. Something 's wrong! She can't be a Slytherin!"
"Prongs calm down." Peter said
"No! Something is wrong Peter! Don't you understand?!"
"Professor" James said when he arrived the teachers' table
"Good evening Mr. Potter. What brings you here?" Dumbledore asked politely
"I'm here because of my sister. There's something wrong. She is not a Slytherin."
"I'm afraid she is Potter" Minerva said
"But professor-" James said but was cutted off
"Look James, not all slytherins are mean. And your sister is there for a reason." McGonagall said "Now go back to your table and finish your food"

Now, after five years, Jessica is waiting For Regulus in the Slytherin common room so they can go to their first class of their sixth year.
