° Quidditch tryouts °

Today were the tryouts for the three quidditch teams. Everyone was gathered in the pitch watching the tryouts. Regulus, Evan and James were watching everyone as they played. Even though they are the captains for the three teams, they couldn't choose who they wanted for their team. They just chose who was good enough and who wasn't. Then Dumbledore would make the decision.

Once they finished seeing everything, they headed back to the place where everyone who tried was now.

"May I have your attention for a moment?" Evan said "Some of you did it great, some others didn't show much interest, but you all did it good. The teams were chosen but we will have to wait till tomorrow's morning to know who is in each team. Thanks everyone for coming and I hope you have a good day"

"Do you think they chose me?" Jessica asked to Sirius while heading back to the castle

"Yeah, I think you are one of the best players I've ever seen" he confessed

"Thanks. You're not that bad too" She said with a small smile

"Oh, I know darling. I'm the prettiest, the smartest, the strongest, the-" he started saying but was cut off by Jessica"

"Can you please shut up. You're really annoying sometimes" She said.

"But you still hang out with me" he said

"I just hang out with you because your brother is my best friend and you basically live in my house" She said waving him goodbye and headed to the Serpents common room to read a little bit.

"Hi Severus" She greeted her friend

"Oh, Hi" He said "How were the tryouts? Do you have any news?" he asked

"Not at all. I just hope I can make it to a team. Even if I have to be in mi brother's" she told him

"I don't think you'll like that actually. Spending more time with him means that someone will die, and we both know who" He said looking at her with an 'you know the answer' look

"James"

"James"

They both said at the same time. "Yeh, I know, but I really want to be part of a team. It is the last year I have to play quidditch because I don't think I will in Beauxbatons" She said with a sad look and then she looked to the whole slytherin room "I'll miss this" she confessed "A lot"

"You will keep writing to us, will you?" Severus asked her with hope

"Of course" she said with a smile

"Hello everyone!" Evan shouted when he got into the room

"Are you on drugs?" she asked him with a curious and confused look

"No, but I have some news!" He said excitedly

"What are you talking about? Is it about the teams?" Jessica asked with hope

"Yes!" he answered "But I'm not supposed to tell you until tomorrow"

"Fuck you Rosier" she said angrily

"When?"

"When wha-" she stopped herself    

"Merlin, I can't talk to you right now. I'm going to sleep" she said while shaking her head.

"Do you really like her Evan?" Severus asked curiously

"No. She's Reggie's property. It's like something illegal" he answered

"What is illegal?" Regulus asked joining them

"Nothing" Evan and Severus said quickly at the same time.

then they both headed to their dorms suspiciously

'What the fuck just happened?' Regulus thought
