° The zoo °

When they all arrived at the Potter manor, Jessica went to hug Lily

"Congrats Evans," she said while smiling, "James told me you are having a little boy, I'm so happy for both of you"

"Thank you Jessie" Lily answered

"Well, is there anything else to know?" Jessica asked looking at the others

"Nothing important at all. Remus and I moved together to a small department near the village and Peter moved with Florence" Sirus said

"Oh, Florence. I really forgot about her." Jessie looked surprised "I should go and visit her later"

They spent some minutes talking and then someone knocked on the door. James stood up and went to open it when he saw Amos Diggory

"Hi, Amos. What brings you here?" he asked politely

"Sirius owled me saying that Jessie was here" he replied with a smile

"Yeah, she is. Come in please" James said while letting him get in

"Amos!" Jessica exclaimed happily when she saw him

"Hi Jessie," he said

"It's lovely to see you here," She said

"I heard you were back and I wanted to invite you and Regulus to have dinner at my house tomorrow" Amos smiled

"We would be pleased to go Amos" Jessica smiled

They kept talking with Amos for five minutes after he decided to leave and then Jessica went to the kitchen to help Lily for dinner. They spent the time talking about James' future baby and everything they planned to do. Lily said they were going to get married in two weeks and after that, they planned on moving in together. While Lily had her whole future planned, Jessica was thinking of what to do tomorrow. They both were different but it was something very common they couldn't change.

Later on, Jessica called everyone and they sat at the table to eat what Lily and Jess did.

"It's delicious," Peter said while trying a piece of food

"Thanks, Peter" Lily smiled and kept eating

After they all had finished, Sirius and Remus started telling a story to everyone and they all felt very comfortable. Especially Jessica. She felt she was home, she was safe. Regulus noticed it and smiled.

"Jessie!" Regulus started shaking her "Jessie wake up!"

"Uh- Can I have five more minutes?" She asked

"No. We are going with Sirius and Remus to the zoo" he said

"Why? We already have animals in this house! A dog, a stag, a wolf and a fucking rat!" she shouted tiredly

"Oh, don't forget the freaking snake," He said and they both started laughing "You have five minutes to get dressed and five other minutes to eat your breakfast, then, I'm leaving," he said

Jessica got up from bed and started looking in her old wardrobe to see if there was anything that she could use. She went for a red T-shirt that had the lyrics of a David Bowie song (Starman), some old jeans she stole from Sirius' room at Hogwarts and a Pair of boots she bought in France. Once she finished dressing up, she went to the kitchen where she met James and Sirius.

"Good morning" she hugged them

"Good morning dear Jessie" Sirius said "We're going to the ZooooOoOoOOo" he sang

"Yeah. Where's Remus? And Peter?" She asked

"They are outside with Mary, Lily and Marlene." James said "Florence was here some minutes ago, but she said she needed to do something and left"

"Oh. I'll visit her later" Jessica said "I haven't talked with her since I went back to France"

Jessica went outside to find the rest of the Marauders and their friends and she stayed talking with them, even though she never had a great connection with Marlene, Lily and Mary. After some time, Jessica, Remus and Sirius came inside to take Regulus and leave for the zoo.

"We're here!" Sirius shouted excitedly as they entered the zoo

"Calm down Pads. We just arrived" Remus laughed

When they got inside, they started walking all around the place to visit the different types of animals they could find.

"I would really like to visit a zoo with magic creatures, I mean, it's beautiful here but nothing compared to wizarding worlds' animals," Sirius said

"I really don't like zoos at all," Jessica said "Every animal is meant to live in its natural habitat, not in cages for people to see them. Imagine if you were the one who is locked in the cage, what would you do?"

"She's right," Remus said looking at Sirius.

After a long day at the zoo, Regulus and Jessica went back to the Potter's while Sirius and Remus went to their house.

A/N: Heyyy, I'm sorry for not updating during the last month, but I had no idea of what to write and I was busy with school stuff, but I'm back with new ideas and chapters.
