The past year and a half were horrible for Jessica. She couldn't talk to Regulus, Evan and Severus again and she moved to France. The Marauders were the only ones that kept sending her letters.

But nothing from Regulus

It was august 17th and Jessica was sitting in her apartment living-room with her best friend when she got a letter from James.

Jessie! I hope you are great but I need you to come back home as soon as possible. There's something very important for you to know.

James

"It's James" Jessica said

"Is everything ok?" Florence, her friend, asked

"I don't think so. James wants me to go home as soon as I can. And I kept a promise with someone" Jessica told her

"The promise you kept to Regulus, isn't it?" She asked

"Yes. But anyways, I don't think he'll appear. He was mad at me last time I saw him" Jessica whipped off a tear in her face

"Don't give up. He's going to be there because he loves you" Florence said

"Florence, please come with me" Jessica begged

"I'm sorry girl, but I have work to do. Besides, you can send me letters whenever you want."

"I'll miss you"

"I'll miss you too, but it's just one week" Her best friend said

"I'm going to pack everything so in three hours I can leave" Jessica said

"Goodbye" Florence waved before leaving the apartment

"James, did you get a letter from Jessica?" Sirius asked desperately

"No pads, she didn't answer" James said

"Who didn't answer?" Remus asked while entering the Potter's kitchen with someone behind him

"Jessie!" James shouted while hugging his sister "You're back!"

"I'm back Jamie!" She laughed and hugged everyone. "Hi Peter, hi Sirius" she said

"I'm so glad you're here. There's something you need to know" He said erasing his smile

"Go ahead"

"Mom and dad are in the hospital. But that's not the only thing you need to know. Do you remember when we got the Hogwarts letter, that two days after that, mom and dad disappeared for like two hours and came back very angry and tired?"

"Yeah, I remember. What's the point?"

"They weren't exactly Euphemia and Fleamont Potter. It was a polyjuice potion that two death eaters used for like seven years. That's why they 'changed' when you got sorted into slytherin. And they tried to convince me too. They kept mum and dad in a cottage not so far away from here and McGonagall found them last week." James said

"For Merlin's sake" Jessica's mouth was opened

"I know, that's a lot to process" James hugged her again "Would you like to see them?" He asked politely "We still have time until the visit time ends

"Yes please" Jessica said

They left the manor to appear in the hospital.

"Name" An old lady said

"James Potter. We came to see Euphemia and Fleamont Potter" he said

"Do you know where they are?" she asked
