Jessica was walking through the great hall when she saw James sitting at the Gryffindor table eating. She walked closer to him, taking Remus' recommendation of talking to him.
"James" she said
He turned his head looking at the Ravenclaw table
"James," she repeated. Sirius, who was sitting next to Remus in front of James and Peter, looked at her with a sad expression.
"Bloody-Hell James Fleamont Potter! Don't fucking ignore me!" Jessica shouted angrily
"What do you want Jessica?" James said in a cold voice
"Do you mind if we talk alone?" she asked
"There's nothing to talk about" James said while turning around
"James don't-" she started saying but her brother cutted her off.
"Padfoot, it's a lovely afternoon, isn't it?" James said ignoring her sister
"Fine. But then don't come crying when all your friends find out what I was trying to say and you don't" She said leaving the Gryffindor table.
'What is she talking about?' James thought
"What happened between you and James?" Regulus asked when she arrived at her house's common room with a very angry face.
"None of your business" she muttered while getting to her dorm
"Let me guess..." he said following her "You went to the gryffindor table and when you tried to talk, his gang of stupid popular pranksters started ignoring you"
"You're completely right" she said
"What exactly were you going to tell him?" he said winning a confused look from Jessica "I know you weren't there yo apologise. I know you more than anyone does"
"I actually was going to tell him about something... nothing important" she said
"I don't believe you"
"You don't have to"
"You are hiding something. C'mon dear Jessie, tell me" Regulus said with a smile "After all, I'm your 'Bestie'" he said with an annoying girl tone
"Oh Merlin, please never say that again!" She said with a disgusted face
"Bestie!" he said
"Stop-"
"BESTIE!"
"Regulus please-"
"BESTIEEEEEE"
"Fine! I'll tell you" she said taking a deep breath
"Go on" he said
"I'm an animagus" she said quickly
"YOU WHAT?-"
"Shut the fuck up!" she said with a shocked face due to Reggie's reaction
"Why didn't you tell me?" he asked
"I don't like to tell people I can transform into an animal illegally" she said
"Show me" he said anxiously
"Wha-"
"Please show me how you can turn into an animal" Regulus said as if he was a five year old child
"Fine" she said giving up
After some seconds, Jessica disappeared. There was nothing left but a black and yellow snake. Regulus dropped his jaw immediately and he started laughing.
"It's not funny at all Black!" She said turning back to her normal way
"I'm sorry but it is very funny and I am not going to stop" he said
"Anyways. There was something I wanted to tell you..." she said with her head down.
"What is it?" he said stopping his laughing
