NAMHYE POV

"So what you're saying is Jungkook is a freaking vessel?!" I exclaimed.

"I'm not familiar with his history. But it is pretty much evident. Althroughout history, there is only one kelpie that exists," Seokjin explained.

"As such, this... Jimin you speak of... it's basically like Jimin is Jungkook, and Jungkook is Jimin, but both have two distinct sides," Namjoon says.

"It's a shame... I can't benefit from this kelpie that is as pure as a church girl," Baekhyun says and Seokjin glares at him.

"You hold your seahorses, siren. I'm not done with you yet, and where are the others?" Seokjin snarled and Baekhyun smirked.

"Why? You miss them? But I can't help but wonder if you will be able to withstand a siren's voice and turn into seafoam," he replied.

"What do you want from the kelpie anyway?" Namjoon asked.

"You treat him like a dog in a cage, for us, he's special to the race of the sirens. It is you who restricts such creature to wander the sea," he says.

"That's because he eats children. If he is free, humans will be extinct," Seokjin replied.

"But aren't we the same? We both hate this human race but you won't understand. Anyways, I have no use for this so-called vessel. We aspire to find the pure kelpie," he says as he turns his heel.

"But I, had a glimpse of that specific kelpie. It would be easier for us," Baekhyun smiled before leaving.

"Jimin was... he is a part of me," Jungkook said and Namjoon sat beside him.

"Jimin is me, and I am him. If one of us dies... he will die. Basically, both of us are opposites of each other, and we need to click together to stay together," Jungkook said.

"Which is why we need to get him before he does something rash that gets him killed," I said and Seokjin shook his head.

"Not you. You're human. The only creatures who can handle a kelpie that eats children and plots evil schemes is mers and sirens. Sirens are very picky and sneaky creatures," Namjoon explained.

"But.. I want to help! If it's for Jungkook's well-being, then I'll help!" I said.

"It's risky. Once Jungkook and Jimin are merged, Jungkook will be corrupted by him, making him into a murderous creature. We have to restrain him once that happens," Seokjin said.

"Then... are sirens... the bad guys are here something? I mean, Jungkook is a prisoner, why would you continue to carry this on?" I asked.

"You see... mers have signed an obligation to imprison this evil power for life. Now that I see it, sirens aren't bad either. It's just that they have their reasons for the kelpie. But it's too dangerous to wander anywhere," Namjoon said.

"Why... why haven't we heard of this, hyung?" Beomgyu asked.

"You both haven't lived in the time of ancient history of the mers. It's natural for young people such as you guys wouldn't know," Namjoon replied.

"Then, we should start planning for that, right? We wouldn't want anyone to come before us," I said and they all nodded.

TAEHYUNG POV

"A kelpie... who lives inside of a kelpie?" I asked, and Jimin rolls his eyes.

"For the first time, I met a stupid human. I mean, all humans are stupid, but let's just say I am, just that I'm more dangerous," he replied and I gasped slightly.

"Wh-what are you gonna do to me?" I asked softly, and Jimin smirks as he places his lips right beside the shell of my ear.

"I like how you react, the slightest touch from you... you're sensitive," he whispered, and my eyes widened as I quickly backed away from him, an unsettling feeling in my chest.

"Wh-what do you mean? S-stop saying weird things!" I retorted and Jimin crossed his arms as he raised a brow.

"Really? Not when you have been riding me for the past few weeks?" He said and my eyes widened.

"Th-that's different!" I said and Jimin stood there, menacingly.

"Something tells me you're going to be an entertaining human."

YOONGI POV

"A dead child, but the liver is still intact. I wonder why... what kind of animal would do this?" I asked Hoseok, and Hoseok sighed as crossed his arms.

"I wouldn't know a thing. This is a crisis in Seoul right now. Do you know how many people are staying indoors just because some kind of strange shit is eating kids?" Hoseok said as we both walked down the alley.

"But... I feel bad, okay? Those children, were all so young. They had dreams, they had ambitions. And they all died," I said quietly.

"Maybe I can help. You don't have to carry this burden anymore, because I'm here," Hoseoks said cheerfully, and I looked away as I bit my bottom lip.

"Y-you can... let go of my hand," I said as I rubbed the back of my neck.

"Why? Your hand is warm," he said and my eyes widened before nabbing my hand out of his grasp.

"I-I feel hot right now! I'm walking ahead!" I said as I waddled my way ahead of him.

As I kept walking and walking, I suddenly stopped on my footsteps.

THIRD PERSON POV

"Hyung-ah, I obtained information about the kelpie. Evetually, the vessel is  here, but the true spirit that has been obtained is out wandering," Baekhyun said, and Suho rubs his lip as he looks at the ceiling.

"The Lady won't be happy when she hears this. We need that kelpie, even if we break the peace contract between sirens and mers," Suho said.

"But hyung, wouldn't that actually make us start a war?" Baekhyun asked.

"Not likely, if we get the mermen out of the picture, everything will go smoothly," Suho said and Baekhyun nodded.

"We have a duty to live. As sirens who take on human forms, we should execute the Lady's plan that's been going for 10 years. And as the leader, I have full responsibility of that," Suho said.

"That said, send in the two sirens...

....we're getting him no matter what."
