WAIT A MINUTE, WHO ARE YOU?

YOONGI POV

"Yah, and who're you? Why are you wearing such dark clothes?" I said as I pushed Hoseok behind me.

"Relax, just saying. It could be a man on a horse but Seoul's roads are too busy for some boring horse roaming around right? But... have you heard of kelpies?" He asked, and Yoongi raised a brow.

"If kelpies exist, then I'm the President of South Korea. Why would such things be real?!" I replied.

"If you don't believe me, then come with me officer. This kelpie, is the only living one in a lifetime. But such beauty comes with a price, and that is of children's blood. Young and innocent, like a baby lamb," the figure stood there, and Yoongi crossed his arms.

"And how am I supposed to trust you? This investigation will lead to nowhere!" I said, and the figure grinned.

"Don't worry about that. Should I prove the fact that you should trust me? The reason I approached you is because you two are the only ones who are better than the rest," they said.

"And also, time is running out. Soon enough, we'll be too late," they said.

"Fine, but don't you ever pull something! I will arrest you on the spot," I grumbled as I lead Hoseok outside to the stranger.

NAMHYE POV

"N-nam-girl you're squeezing my arm! Why is it purple?!" Namjoon gaped as I gripped his arm tightly, biting my lip as I tapped my foot on the floor.

"Wh-what if... Jungkook won't be okay? What will happen? And didn't you say we're going to a hospital?!" I exclaimed with my eyes wide open.

"Oh.. hospital? The hospital is the lake! Or any natural water form! Kelpies need that kind of water to survive. Jungkook is immortal, so he'll live easily," Yeonjun butted in cheerfully as if it happens on a daily basis.

"That... that was Jimin?" I muttered, and Seokjin sighed.

"It's been long since we haven't seen him. Jimin... as said is much more cunning. He is able to shapeshift into many more beings than Jungkook. Since Jungkook is only a vessel, it is natural he is weaker than Jimin," Beomgyu said and I nodded.

"I felt a bit dizzy when I saw him, it was like a heavy feeling in my chest," I said, and Namjoon sighed.

"Best you stay away from him. Kelpies generate bad energy that takes the life out of humans, which explains how he's able to kill children," Namjoon said as he let Jungkook rest.

"Guess we can't really go back to sea for now, huh," Yeonjun said.

"I know family is important right now. But we can't let Jungkook leave and let Jimin out of our sight. Plus, the sirens are finding him, who knows what they're up to," Seokjin said and I sighed as I stood beside Taehyung.

"Why would the sirens take interest in a kelpie like Jimin? What are they plotting?" Taehyung asked.

"That is what I don't know. Sirens are bird hybrids. They can generate wings if they want to, probably for something important, but we've already signed a deal that mermaids will deal with this situation," Namjoon said.

THIRD PERSON POV

"Wh-what is this place?" Hoseok asked as the mysterious person kept dragging both of them.

"Stay beside me Hoseok, it's dangerous," Yoongi said as he grabbed his hand and they kept following him.

"Weird, isn't it? In a world full of normal humans, there are supernatural beings that wander as well," the person said and Yoongi furrowed his brows.

"Get straight to the point! I don't care what kind of bullshit you're ranting off to but what kind of kelpie do you mean? What do you mean something that's clearly not a horse is killing kids?" Yoongi asked, and the person smirked.

"A kelpie.... is creature who eats children. They can shapeshift and trick children by luring them into their backs. There's only one existing," they said and Yoongi tilted his head.

"Kelpie... and how would you say that? Are you blaming someone else or something?" Hoseok asked.

"You don't believe me? Then come in," he said as he opened a door. They were walking in a small alley in the very wide streets of Seoul.

As the door slowly creaked open, Hoseok and Yoongi's eyes widened as they scanned the entire place. It was full of computers and advanced equipment they couldn't decipher.

"Welcome, now let me introduce myself to you."

NAMHYE POV

"A kelpie is very strong. They live for hundreds of years for that. He'll be fine for sure after a little bit of rest, what did Jimin steal from Jungkook anyway?" Yeonjun asked.

"I'm not sure but it's probably something that prevents them from merging ever again. Remember, they were merged because of an oath," Namjoon replied as I carried Jungkook by placing his arm around my shoulder as he was only in a towel.

"What oath? Aren't they both the same person?" I asked.

"An oath between a kelpie of two, to live in one soul but think in opposites, that was what some parts of the oath says as I remember," Seokjin said as we brought him back.

"We can't merge without Jimin. And Jimin is hiding somewhere by disguising himself with Jungkook's face. It will be hard finding him," Seokjin said.

As I was dragging Jungkook to the bedroom, I jumped a bit at a slight thud behind me.

A chill ran down my spine as I slowly looked back, and my eyes widened at what was behind me.

A wet towel.

I immediately shut my eyes knowing what Jungkook was in right now as I kept dragging him.

"But I do have a hunch about Jimin though."
