  The festival was beautiful.

The rich cultural displays demanded my attention as I walked through the town, looking for somewhere to eat.

I had a small amount of money, but not nearly enough for anything substantial to eat.

Weaving through the large crowd, I looked at the many vendors and stands selling all sorts of sweets and..uh.. savories.

  Anyway.

After nearly an hour of walking around the small town, I had settled on two pork buns, which I had to give up nearly all of the money I had to buy.

I scooted away from the loud noises and bright lights until I found a quiet place by the stream that ran outside of the town. Deciding that was where I was going to rest for the night, I began patting down the long grass and pulled my sheet out of the small bag I had brought.

The moonlight was reflecting beautifully off of the water, as it had grown dark long ago.

I sat there for what I'm assuming was around forty-five minutes.

"Excuse me, miss," I jumped at the voice and turned around to see Jay. Panic started setting in as I watched him slowly come to recognize me. I stood, taking off.

The ninja group had reached a small town. There was some sort of festival going on, and Jay's ADHD was having a hayday.

However, a glint caught the corner of his eye, and he turned his head.

There was one lone person sitting down by the creek. Jay couldn't tell if they were facing away from him or towards him.

He decided to check it out.

"You guys go ahead, I'll go around the side," Jay said, breaking off.

He walked down as silently as he could. As he walked closer, he noticed that the person was a young woman, probably around his age.

He thought that maybe she'd be able to point him in the direction of his missing friend.

"Excuse me, miss?" Jay said as he came closer.

The woman jumped slightly before turning around, a panicked look growing on her features.

Wow, she looks a lot like... Y/n!

Y/n stood, bolting off as fast as she could.

Jay took a moment to process what had just happened, before realizing that he needed to follow her and running off after her.

He tapped his microphone in his gi collar.

"Guys," Jay said, "I found Y/n, trace my location and catch up, quick," Jay whispered.

He heard a soft "Affirmative" and nodded, running after Y/n.

Y/n was pretty fast, as so many years in a life of crime had whipped her into pretty decent shape, but Jay was trained more for endurance than she was.

Meaning, he caught up to her rather quickly.

Jay tackled the girl, pinning her down as un-invasively as he could.

Y/n thrashed, using Jay's hesitance to her advantage and pushing him off, getting up and running immediately.

Jay let out a huff of frustration before getting back up.
