Rewrite the Stars [ Taekook ]

2 weeks passed and Jungkook started to miss Taehyung. He knows that he should back out when he still has a chance, but honestly, he doesn't want to. He knows how dangerous it could be, if he fell for a Zalrian, a person who is not royal, a person who pocesses magic. He may never have a happy ending. Jungkook was always a logical person, even though he uses his heart a lot at the end of the day his logical side plays a huge role.

Now his logical side is screaming at him to erase Taehyung from his mind. He can't be falling for someone, not now. 

Jungkook tosses and turns in his bed unable to take his mind of the blue head. Everytime he closes his eyes, he remembers Taehyung's boxy smile. He wants to see it again.

Today he let his heart win. 

He got up, changed his clothes. He made sure not to make a sound while he opened his window, if he did make a small sound, the guard outside his chambers may enter. 

Opening the window, he saw a clear path for him to jump out and climb the wall without the other guards noticing, thanks to his training. 

He thanked the gods above that Yoongi had other duties for the night, so he wouldn't know Jungkook's missing.

After he jumped out of the window, it was much easier for him to cross the wall. He started walking. Only when he reached the outskirts of the Kingdom did he realize that he didn't know where Taehyung lived. He only knew the place where they played with the animals.

Jungkook prayed that he would find Taehyung somewhere around there. 

He walked deeper into the forest, oh boy if Yoongi finds out that Jungkook's roaming around the woods, defenceless and unarmed, he would personally kill Jungkook himself. Well Yoongi wouldn't kill Jungkook, but may do something worse. 

He kept looking for Taehyung or atleast any other Zalrians...after almost an hour he gave up. He heard the sound of waterfalls nearby. He didn't know that waterfalls exisisted around this area so he decided to check it out. 

He follows the sound, which leads him to a place he's never been before, the waterfalls and the same pond are surrounded by beautiful trees and orchids. 

The sight amazes him, but what amazes him more is the person sitting on the ground. 

It was Taehyung. 

He found him. WOW! it must be fate.

Taehyung looks up at him, his eyes widen but then they soften, a smile spreads across his face, a smile that Jungkook's been longing to see.

"Prince Jungkook, what brings you here?" 

Jungkook can't help but smile at how the boy was so welcoming, "looking for someone"

"At this hour of the day?" Taehyung tilts his head.

"I had to meet this person. I wouldn't have lasted another hour without meeting them" Jungkook smiles fondly.

"oh" Taehyung says, Jungkook could see the disappointment that washed over Tae's face, or it could be just his heart playing tricks on him.

"Did you meet them?"

"Yes"

"who is it?"

"It's you" Jungkook took a step closer.

Heat spread across Taehyung's face "oh, okay...um why did you want to see me?"

"you ask a lot of questions" Jungkook chuckled. "Can I sit with you?"

Taehyung smiled, "sure"

Jungkook walked closer. "careful the grass might be slippery--" before Taehyung could finish the sentence Jungkook slipped and hit the floor.
