Rewrite the Stars [ Taekook ]

Jungkook waited for 2 hours and then left his room, he knows that it would be impossible to see Taehyung outside the Palace. So now's the time.

Living in this Palace for all his life, Jungkook sure does knows every path and how to use one without getting caught. When he got near the Prision he heard voices.

"I need flowers! you can't expect me to marry you if you don't get me the lavender flower!" 

It was Bambam. 

Shit if they saw me, I'll be in trouble. Jungkook thought.

"Okay fine ! lavender flowers it is, now c'mon let's go sleep" Yugyeom held Bambam's hand and pulled him outside, their eyes widened when they saw Jungkook standing there.

"What are you doing here Kook?" Bambam asked. Jungkook sighed, there's no way that these two are going to let him pass.

"Are you going to see your lover?" Yugyeom asked, "you know that you are not allowed right?"

"Yug--" Jungkook started.

"It's okay, you go see him. We will stand guard" Bambam smiled.

"Really? you are not going to report it to the King?"

"We are your friends kook, have some faith in us" Yugyeom patted Jungkook's shoulder, "now go see him"

Jungkook nodded and ran past them. He sneaked past the guards inside the Prison and made his way to Taehyung's cell. There he saw his angel sitting in a corner, his legs brought up to his chest and his head held down, sniffling softly.

"Taehyung" Jungkook whispered. Tae's head shot up immediately, "Jung--" Jungkook placed his finger on his lips asking Tae to be quiet. 

"what are you doing here?"

"I needed to see you one last time" Jungkook carrassed Tae's face.

"L-last time?"

"Taehyung, I need you to listen to me very carefully" Jungkook said and Tae nodded. "When they let you go tomorrow, go as far away as possible, don't be anywhere near the kingdom, don't go to the waterfalls, stay far away...you have to...."

"Jungkook.." Tae's grip on Jungkook's hand tightened, not wanting to let go.

"It's for your safety Taehyung. Remember that I love you. You are my soul, mind and body and I will continue to love you even if it kills me" he breathed.

"Till death do us part" Taehyung smiled, the warm liquid streaming down his face.

"No, my dear. Death can't take away my love. When we die, we leave behind everything but Love. That's the only thing we take to our next life" he tilted his head to look at the moon through the tiny window. "Our love is so deep and pure, might I say divine. No matter how many lives I live, my love for you will always be embedded in my heart"

"When will I see you again?"

Jungkook did not answer, he didn't know the answer, "Everytime you look at the moon, remember that I love you so much and I will come for you one day. I will find you, wherever you are" he kissed Tae's forehead.

"I love you too"

Jungkook kissed him with everything he had. They both had no idea when they will see each other again. 

"I have to go now...." Jungkook said, unable to meet Taehyung's longing gaze.

"I'll see you again" Taehyung mananged to squeak out.

Jungkook nodded and walked out of the cell, "you will"

When Jungkook came out of the prison Yugyeom and Bambam were still waiting for him, "are you okay? you look like you want to cry" yugyeom asked. It was true, Jungkook was holding back his tears inside.
