The great day finally arrived.

Mihir praticed hard, and was nervous, but he tried to brush it off as quickly as possible.

His boss Tanish knew what a gifted dancer he was, and permitted him to audition. He felt that Mihir totally deserved this opportunity.

"Remember, Mihir, if you fail, you must take it sportively," he said. "And if you win, you must be very humble."

"Yes sir," he replied respectfully. He always held Tanish in high regard, and always took his blessings before doing anything new.

"Best of luck, my boy."

"Thank you sir."

He set off for the venue, full of hope. All the aspirants were sitting in rows, with visible fear and anxiety. Mihir however, remained calm.

"Sunanda Krish!" called a voice. A pink-faced girl went inside, and came back in just a minute.

Gradually, all the aspirants began going in, and many of them didn't last five minutes. Finally, it was time.

"Mihir Malhotra!"

He stood up, and entered the room with suaveness, face to face with Farah Khan and Remo D'Souza.

"So, Mihir Malhotra, what have you got?" asked Farah.

"Ma'am, I'm gonna dance to 'Madaari' from The Extrodinary Journey of the Fakir."

He had brought a speaker, and had the song on his phone. He connected the speaker to the phone, and began to dance, as the peppy track began playing.

As he moved with ease and style, Farah and Remo were impressed.

"What say, Farah? Should we put him in the top thirty-six?" whispered Remo. "He's really gifted."

"We should, Remo!" replied Farah. "Look at his footwork. So intricate and graceful."

Mihir finished dancing.

"Mihir," said Farah. "You are really good. But you need to work a bit on your facial expressions. Congrats, you are among the top thirty six!"

"Really, ma'am?" he asked, with a twinkle in his eyes.

Both Farah and Remo nodded.

"Thank you so much, ma'am," he said. "I'll make sure that I improve myself."

Saying so, he left.

"Seems really passionate," remarked Remo. "He's much more confident than any of the previous aspirants!"

Farah agreed with him.
