Four years passed.

Hrithik Roshan knew that Mihir was Hero, and never forgot about him. But due to work commitments, he wasn't able to meet Mihir in person.

Mihir meanwhile, was quite successful. He had quit his job at Tanish's company, much to the chagrin of Nisha, and became a known choreographer, and was one of the most subscribed dance instructors on YouTube. He had his own dance studio. He and Sanya dated for three years, before getting married. Not willing to sadden her, he dropped the Hero persona by faking his death with the knowledge of his loved ones, and instead began helping the police directly with his Holmes-like detection skills and intelligence which he had acquired over the years. Sanya was a teacher, and was reputed for being very practical. Her students were always good at studies.

All his friends were successful in their respective careers, especially Sunil, whose columns were never unrelatable or unfunny. Prem and Nisha had a son named Ajay, and Rohit and Mishti had a daughter named Rupa, both of whom were the same age. Sunil and Aisha had twins - a boy named Aarav and a girl named Sunitha.

Cousin Raj had become a supermodel, thanks to his love for fitness, but still continued featuring in his cousin's videos. Pooja was a famed author of fantasy and crime fiction, as well as non-fiction.

One evening, Hrithik came back from the last day of shoot for his latest movie. He was extremely tired, and his whole body was aching. But this was nothing to him.

"Dad, drink some water," said Hridhaan, handing him a glass.

"Thank you darling."

"Hrithik," said Sussanne. "I think you should take a break. You've been stressing yourself out too much."

"You're right," said Hrithik. "Why don't we go to Shimla? The boys are going to have their holidays from next week, and we could spend a week there."

Sussanne agreed. The two of them sat with their sons to plan the vacation.

A week later, the Roshans were at Tiger Lily Resort in Shimla. What started off as a simple family vacation became more professional when Hrithik was often visited by many fans.

But coincidentally, Mihir and Sanya were staying at the same resort. They had come there for their honeymoon.

"It's so scenic in here, Mick," said Sanya. "I don't have the heart to leave."

"Even me, Sanu," replied her husband. "But I love my students way too much to just desert them out of the blue. You can't desert your students either."

Sanya nodded. "Mihir, in these four years, has there been any instance where I have made you feel low?"

Mihir frowned and turned his head.

"I was just joking! Why do you get so upset for a joke?"

"How will I be, then? You are the one I love the most. My whole world. If you question me like this then..."

But his wife didn't allow him to complete his answer. She kissed him, silencing him momentarily.

"You are clever," he said laughingly. "Come on, let's go out."

Both of them were wearing thick woolly jumpers, and as if that wasn't enough, they were holding each other close to keep themselves warm.

They were enjoying. Mihir was telling her about his upcoming workshops, and she was telling him about how mischievous her students were.

Hrehaan, who was passing by, saw them.

Like his father, Hrehaan too hadn't forgotten about Mihir. Happy to see him, he went forward to greet him.

"Hi Mihir bro! Remember me?" he asked.

"How will I forget you, Hrehaan?" said Mihir. "You've grown up a lot. Sanu, this is Hrehaan Roshan. You know him, right!"

"Very well," said Sanya. "Hrehaan, is your father with you?"

The lad nodded. "Mihir bro, today you are meeting my father!"

Mihir had no option but to laughingly agree. Hrehaan came back after five minutes, with his hunky father at his heels.

"Hello Mihir!" he said. "Hi Sanya!"

"How are you, Hrithik sir?" asked Mihir. "I heard that you got injured while shooting."

"I'm fine, thank you. Due to work pressure, I found out very late that you had got married. I suppose you both are here on honeymoon?"

Both of them nodded.

Just then, something struck Hrithik. "Mihir, I need to talk to you in private," he said.

"You can tell me everything in front of Sanya, sir. She knows me better than I know myself."

Sanya playfully nudged him on the shoulder. Hrithik admired their cute chemistry.

"Fine, but let's go somewhere private. If someone hears, then you'll be the one in trouble!"

The couple in front of him were confused, but obliged, by going with him to his cottage.

"Mihir, I want to thank you," said Hrithik.

"What have I done that you want to thank, me, Hrithik sir?" he stammered.

"You saved me from the bullet of those mafia people, Yong and Sue! If it hadn't been for you, I wouldn't be sitting here."

Mihir was astonished. His idol knew that he was Hero?

"I know what you are thinking. Yes, I know that you were Hero. These gorgeous eyes of yours gave it out. And I know everything that you discussed with Ranaak. When the news came that 'Hero' had died, I was shocked. But when I saw that you were still actively dancing, I got to know that you had faked your death."

Mihir was speechless.

"Sanya," he added. "You've married a man who's one in a million. So please don't lose him."

"Hrithik sir, you won't reveal this to the media, will you?"

The famous actor shook his head. "I won't. But from being a vigilante, you have now become a lawful hero - a detective. You are using your intelligence to nab criminals without hiding behind a mask and a cloak!" he said. "You are always a hero."

Mihir and Sanya bade a grateful goodbye to him, and went back to their cottage.

"See Mihir, HR has appreciated you, and everyone respects you! You are amazing, my love!"

"And it's all thanks to you, darling. Whether I'm a vigilante, or a lawful hero, you'll always be a major part in my life."

Sanya giggled and snuggled up to his chest.

"I love you, Hero."

"I love you too, my Heroine."

Both of them fell asleep, dreaming about their beautiful future together.

Mihir Malhotra and Sanya Sehgal clearly proved that love has the power to defeat the foulest of evils.
