Dream WasTaken.
The former leader of The SMP before being thrown in jail for manipulation, abuse of his power and much more.
But, instead of going off with Dream bing possessed, let's think about another alternative.

We all know that everyone on the SMP hated Dream, so when they threw him in Prison they were happy because they thought as soon as he was gone, problems would be over. But. . .
The problems only got worse.
As soon as Dream was out of control, everyone made a grab for that power and problems were raising and becoming more of a problem, The Egg is one of the many examples of this.
And people assume it's Dream using magic to cause this, but no Dream only has the power of bring the dead back to life such as animals and humans.

We know Dream got the book from Jschlatt, but there was something that everyone missed completely, that Dream and Jschlatt actually had a conversation about Wilbur and they both knew that even if he wins this war, L'Manberg was going to be blown up, I was thinking that maybe Jschlatt found the book in one of the chests and tried to use it but couldn't read it because it wasn't English and he gave it back to Dream, who is the rightful owner.
People can say Dream isn't a God because of the book because he needs to weld his magic, but without the Chat Techno wouldn't be the Blood God as they are the source of his blood and Foolish can only produce lightning if he has his traditant, Gods can have items that either hold or boost their powers, so keep that in mind.
So, if anyone got their hands on their items that make them powerful then it's the End of the World.
But there is also another thing with Dream being gone, with him out of the game in jail, the Server have no one to blame. Think about; All actions that happen, you see them blame someone either in a high authority or The Admin himself, making Dream resentful to them because they'll put the blame on him even if he is trying to keep order.
So what do you when you have no one to blame? You find someone else.
Yep, I'm going that shallow.
With Dream gone, you can now see everyone's true colours as they blame Sam for everything, a theory on him later on, Puffy blames people for hurting the Minors when she's isn't visiting her own sons and Bad is a broken hearted that just wants his husband back.
Dream obviously holds a grudge on nearly everyone, but he is able to understand their perspective but can get aggressive because some refuse to see something from another perspective.

Now, what else is there to say? Why is Dream the way he is??
Well; Think about it this way, he is related to a Pirate and A God, image what information Dream would know about like creatures, Gods, magic and ancient items and yet, he hasn't said anything about it, it's like he's keeping it a secret from the sever in order to keep then from falling into a greater rabbit hole.
So, does that mean Dream and Foolish are aware of something the Server isn't.

Remember how Phil and Wilbur wrote letters to one another? What if Foolish and Dream did the same, so Dream knows Foolish is alright as well as Eret, maybe when the letters stopped Dream became scared and stressed thinking his brother could be dead or missing, and this could become worse if more stress is put on someone, like a minor and a government being built on a free land and want independence.
Yeah, for those who don't know, the SMP was always a Free Land until Wilbur decided to piss Dream off with building a Government and not realising Dream was worrying on whether or not his brother and his friend was dead.
Maybe that's why he specifically chose Eret to be the Traitor, because he suspected he was the Eret he knew from years ago but couldn't prove it, so he gave Eret an out on the situation.
But as the events of the Election and another War grew, Dream was still waiting for Foolish to give him a sign that was alright.

But, there is also another thing. We should really pay more attention to colours, while others look at Green and Black as evil, we shouldn't jump to conclusions.
Green can mean good as well as Black, as Black represents Death and yet The Goddes of Death is a Respectful woman.

So, could it be possible that something is after Dream and the other Gods?
And remember, Dream isn't the one causing the Enderwalk as we now know something else is causing it.

So, is Dream a Villain? Or is he someone that is part of something much bigger??
