Its not just a clever name (Part one)

A loud explosion rippled through the area. The splintering of armor was heard as he clones where flung in all directions. Blaster ignored the pain in his shoulder, his ears wringing. He struggled up and looked around dazed. He shook his head and put a hand on his helmet. "Tin cans can throw" he mutters standing up. He groaned and stumbled over to the nearest body. He instantly recognized it. "GRAVEL!" He yells. "Wake up!" He shakes him but there was no reaction. He looked down to see shrapnel lodged in his stomach. "No no no" he says watching helplessly as blood leaked from the wound. He removed the helmet to be greeted by his brothers lifeless, dull eyes. The fire was gone. Gone. That one word echoed in his head but he couldn't bring himself to believe it. "Please we haven't met up with Rex. Don't break your promise" he says tears springing to his eyes. He cradled the lifeless body "please don't leave us" he says a single tear running down his cheek. He stood up clenching his fists. He heard familiar clanking behind him and whipped around. He grabbed a blaster on the ground and aimed it at the incoming droids. When the droids walked over they where greeted with a blaster to their face. "Next time check body count" he growls blasting the first one. The droids quickly return fire at the clone. Blaster danced around the shots professionally, pulling the trigger and hearing metal clang. He smirked under his helmet successfully destroying the front line. He heard a 'ting' and quickly got up to move from the incoming doom. He got away from the explosion as a shot echoed through the air. He stopped in his tracks, His mind saying he has been shot but his body not believing it. He gasped and stumbled back his legs not catching him, causing him to collapse. His breathing grew labored as pain raked through his body. The last thing he heard was the droid captains voice, "new orders. Keep the clone alive." After he blacked out

A/N alright just got an awesome idea! It has to deal with Rex's death again so this time it's a little less realistic. Well you'll see when I publish it.
