Dad and my CEO worked hard at finding a way to fire Connie and assure no sexual harassment charges were filed or wrongful termination. Apparently my CEO was looking for a way to get rid of her for good. She apparently was making his life hell and now his men were treating her as if she were the true boss. He kept records of everything she had done since he became her boss. He had placed video cameras in his and her office then expanded further, by placing trackers in phone and on her car. Graham and Barney helped us out, they came by at night and set up some very high tech surveillance equipment. Too bad we couldn't place things inside her home.
Connie
I can't seem to get Elliott on the phone for more than a few moments. Since the family dinner a month ago he has been working with Christian. Inventory called GEH looking for him and they said he was in a meeting and would call me back soon. I have noticed the absence of files and most were the shipyards., Adam my so called boss told me that they were working over time on that project. He said Christian made some very big changes and is adding some very crucial updates with Graham and Barney.
Mia
I got the DNA tests and Connie has the same biological mother, but the biological father is a criminal named Stephen Morton. His DNA was in the criminal data base and we were able to pull it up. Connie has no criminal record.
Adam Fredericks CEO Grey Construction.
I call the attorneys in and explain what we have to do regarding Constance Rogers. We found another architect an older female who has years of experience in all forms of architecture designs. We made her an offer she could resist and Constance Rogers is in her department at this point. I and Elliott will have no input into what she is assigned to do. Rachael Simmons is 29 and a widow with three small children and one of the perks of working for us is child care. Her munchkins are gorgeous. I met them in the child care tour. They are stair steps, George is four, David is three and Lisa is two. She just got back into the workforce a year ago after her husband was killed in a robbery of a bank he was branch manager at. So Elliott and had a lot of good reasons to hire her. We made her aware of Constance and she knows exactly how to handle her.
Rachael Simmons
I am head of architecture at Grey Construction and I have a four year contact and a sign on bonus and moving expand and housing budget along with a minivan and retirement and quite a few other perks including working for some very gender friendly work environment to all. I will be introduced to everyone. This should be interesting to see if they are going to allow me free reign over the department or not. Constance will have the month left on her contract to improve her work performance or we won't offer her a new contract. That is one of my major tasks I have to handle after I was told to review everyone in my department and make choices based on their work only. So in a weeks time I have three on my list to terminate, I am giving them until the end of their contract to improve to our high standards or lose their contracts. Constance Rogers, James Edwards, and David Dennison. All are fairly young and that might be the problem, but we aren't here to force them to grow up. We had hoped they were already grown ups when we gave them a contract.
David Dennison
I have a month on my contract with Grey Construction like Connie and James, I have been working my but off because the other two aren't doing the work they are paid to accomplish. I hope Rachael figures this out. I brought evidence of this and Rachael took it and said it would be the first thing she will look at and will let me know her decision within the week. She seemed to listen unlike CEO Fredericks. There is something going on here and I hope they get it straightened out soon.
Rachael
The proof David gave me show that he was indeed doing his work and two others jobs and wasn't being acknowledged for it. So Fredericks might have been aware of it or something else is going on here. I am going to question mr Grey and mr Fredericks as well. Of course without alerting people I am investigating who is working and who isn't working. I make a call and set an appointment for the next week.
James
I walk into the new Head of architecture for Grey Construction and sit down in front of her desk. I already know I am about to lose my job after taking advantage of being friends with Connie the owner of the companies girlfriend. She kept Fredericks scared of her filing suit against Elliott for sexual harassment and getting a huge settlement from it. So as long as we held that over his head we did very little work. If Grey knew Connie and I spent a lot of t8m in a hotel room on his dime he would have grounds to terminate our contracts and the sexual harassment would go away. Rachael told me that my job performance is not within the agreed amount on the contract. That I hardly measured up to the agreement. I am being given the month left on my contract to improve and do the agreed standard of amount of work along with quality of work.
Connie
This bitch is thinking she is all that. I have to tell her how it is going to be and that is how it will stay. I inform her that I am Elliotts girlfriend and as such I can have her fired if she causes me any trouble.
Rachael
I laugh as she sits there thinking I can be bullied by the bosses girlfriend who has a month left of her employee contract left on it and I'd not doing anything on the contract and still being paid. Now I know what Fredericks and Grey are waiting for. I tell that she signed an employment contract and at this point I give her a highlighted copy and I pull my copy out. I point at the end date at the contract and inform her the her boyfriend can't save her from her not offering me a new employment contract because of my failure to do any of the things the contract requires of her whether she dates the owner/boss. I tell her that I am now her boss and if she doesn't start holding up her end of her legal contract then she is in violation of it and can be sued and be paid back for the time when she failed meeting the requirements of said contract. She has a month to accomplish improvement and start doing the work required and bring up the quality as well. I could legally sue her and we would get out of the contract and she would have to pay back any and all monies she was paid and she would be having troubles getting another job due to her not doing her job to the amount and quality I agreed to in the contract. She informed me that I had a choice to improve or not and they will review my contract in two weeks.
Constance
Oh this bitch has no idea who she is dealing with me at this point. I will have a word with Elliott and Fredericks. I call James to meet me at the hotel room.
Rachael
She and James have left the building I am sure they are headed to their favorite hotel room.
Elliott
Thanks Rachael. I have it from here, we have it all set up.
Rachael
Remind me not to get in your bad side. We both laugh and he hangs up.
