We got into the house within a week and the office was set up in a week. Sheila wears what she is told and she seems competent. I am working on trying to create a manufacturing plant near Seattle. I have asked for a few of the companies key people to look into bringing a few top people to come and set the company up. Gia Matteo was a huge flirt, but I told her that I wasn't interested in her at all. I pretty much told her if she couldn't control her flirting then she would lose my business and the money I am possibly spending would be a huge commission by the time we are done. She stopped flirting and became very professional.

I like David for his directness and he made me aware of why I lose a lot of commissions and listings. He pretty much told me flirting was possibly ingrained into my personality, but I needed to be more aware of it while working with clients and stop it. Men would take it as an invitation to think I am available to become hands on with me. Wives hate women flirting with their husbands while they are trying to buy a home from me, they would think what any wife would and it is that this woman is trying to take their husband away from them. I also heard rumors and my boss has called me in to talk to me and I have lost a lot of commissions and we lost the listing and the buyers. This is my third real estate company since I moved to Seattle.

I found a place who comes in and furnishes a whole house, all you do is pick everything you want out and they deliver it within days. We ordered everything and gave them the address and where everything would go and it was done very quickly. It cost a bit more than normal. But we got it without having to walk through in person. I love these kind of things. I had a nursery for a boy and a nursery for a girl ready as well. The painting was done prior to bringing in everything. We had sound activated intercoms placed in the whole house. Our personal areas have to be activated by codes, that way our studies and bedrooms are off limits until we activate them.
Sheila
I am adjusting to the work environment, and Shelly. I thought she was just becoming fat, but apparently she is pregnant with twins. They bought a couple of beds for her and David's office. I saw her running for the restroom as she came in to work. She had the kitchen stocked with saltines and various fresh fruits along with other things to eat and drink. I am to keep it stocked from a place nearby. I figure the catering  and restaurants would be a good choice for meals to be brought in. But Shelly told me she had a place that will create what she wants each week and will deliver at will. I still don't know what we are manufacturing. I am here to be a liaison between the owners of the company and make sure deliveries go well and make sure Shelly is eating and call 911 if she needs it. They discussed my responsibilities and asked me if I thought I could handle an emergency. They plan on having emergency training for me and the other staff as well. We have bodyguards and security staff in place.
Mia
A new company is opening in Seattle and we got a regular gig for catering for them. It is to deliver food to their office Monday thru Friday. They sent me the lists and will pay extra for delivery and set up. Christine has brought their business in. We just have to decide if we want to expand into this area. If so we have to hire staff and find space for the new delivery people. Plus we have to use a vehicle or buy one for delivery only. Graham, Christine and I took the contract. She has employees who have applied for the new positions and due to their experience they got the jobs. We now called in people we interview on a regular basis.
Christine
A young lady that kind of reminded me of Mia walked into the restaurant and catering building and asked to talk to the person in charge. That's me of course. Her and her brother have an office close by and she asks if we could deliver food to their office weekly and also a call in basis. I told we could put together a plan and a contract if she wants. We can do a trial run before we sign a contract. I worked up the prices and fees along with salary cost for the set up and delivery. She wants to include cleaning the kitchen weekly as well. So she doesn't have to. She is pregnant so scrubbing a fridge is not a good idea. I give her a card and we will work something out. I send her off with a few free sample dishes and some packaged saltines.

I look over the proposal and we will be making thirty percent profit if we do this. I agree to start this type of contract with any of our repeat clients as well. Graham has been working out a business plan for a new manufacturing company he is starting here. He lost the bid for the building he wanted, but they located a better one. I couldn't believe who the realtor was when she arrived in a beautiful Chanel type suit. Everything covered up, no boobs showing and the hem of her is right above her knee. She shakes my hand first and then Graham's. I am flabbergasted at the fact she isn't flirting with Graham. Both of us are, but he had heard that she had changed and is now a sought after real estate agent in Seattle. Even the wives have good things to say about her. Rumor has it a new client told her exactly how she came across and told her to change and he would buy from her and send other clients her way if she did change. She changed for the better. He said the guy is new to Seattle. He and his sister also have a dress code and no flirting on the job. I have no idea how the spell the code of conducts out, but it seems to work. I wished we could find a copy of it and see if we can use it in our businesses.
