I am waiting on Anastasia and my dad reminded that Elizabeth had her son and we have a hearing to get custody of the baby. Elizabeth was still saying Christian was the father. Because she named him as the father on the birth certificate he would get full custody of the boy. Christian Andrew Grey. The state turned the boy over to him and terminated his mothers rights after she tried to kill the baby while it was with her in the jail cell.
Carrick
I can't believe the things that can happen all at once. Christian becomes a father and finds out Anastasia is pregnant with their first child in the same day. He was with her when the OB/GYN told them the great news. Then I threw this grenade on the day. But they had to pick the baby up. He will have to find out the what if's. What if the real father comes forward, since he sued for full custody before the baby was born we don't know where we stand at this point. Anastasia is not a happy camper, but she will be a good parent to an innocent baby. She had a crazy mother, so she gets it.
Christian
I and Anastasia have picked up the baby and to say Anastasia and I were shocked to see my face, eyes and hair color looking back at me was a real shocking picture. Anastasia looked at me and saw my shock and said we need to see if there is a familial connection to Elizabeth somehow.
Grace
Christian sent me photos of the baby and I nearly fainted, but I know he had never had any kind of contact at all with Elizabeth. He was with Anastasia when this baby was created and he pretty much could prove it with cctv footage. Plus his security were around otherwise. He wants to run a DNA test anonymously to see if he is related to the baby in anyway. I grab my purse and head to the lab and ask for two DNA kits.
Four days later he isn't the father, but we are related to the baby. I decide to have Carrick do a test as well. It turns out that he isn't either, but he is a family member of the father. Possibly an uncle of the baby or brother of the baby. His dad is still alive and he has brothers and sisters. His mother killed herself after finding his dad having sex with the neighbor. He gave up all five children to child welfare and never looked back. So if this is his father's child then being with Christian is a better ending than his mother and real father could give him.
Carrick
This information goes in the safe and we will keep it quiet. I think Anastasia will agree to this as well.
Anastasia
Carrick and Grace come over with two different results of the DNA. Grace explains about Carrick's parents and why she did a DNA sample on both Christian and Carrick. Everyone agrees this should stay between us and the results be placed in Carrick's safe at their home.
Christian
Well at least the baby is related to us, dad said that I look a lot like his father, so it is possible that Elizabeth deluded herself into thinking it was me because he looks like me. We make the decision to have adoption papers drawn up for both of us to adopt little Christian. It will be done very privately, dad can get some strings pulled to get it done. Plus Raymond knows some people just in case. Anastasia is like just newly pregnant, the baby was in foster care for three weeks. They finally got hold of me and explained that Elizabeth wouldn't tell them who the father was and there was no family to take the baby. So she finally filled out the name on the birth certificate.
Anastasia
There is no doubt everyone will know we adopted little Christian, but some will actually believe he cheated on me, but I know the truth. Dad finally came to meet his new grandchild and he laughed and said well he can't deny the baby is related to him.
Raymond
At first I looked at the baby and thought what most would think, that Christian cheated on Anastasia with Elizabeth. But he didn't, he isn't the father of this baby DNA states he is a family member but not the father. He showed me the proof.
Anastasia
We are having a welcome to the family party for little Christian and Sophie. Elliott built her a playground and she is happier than she was when we flew her home. Her leg and arm was in casts for two months. She came to see then baby as soon as it arrived. She was able to hold him while sitting on the sofa. Poor thing still walks with a limp. Taylor no longer pays child support and Gail is adopting Sophie after her mother rights to her were taken away from her. So we are also celebrating that. We bought Sophie a new wardrobe and furniture for her bedroom as a gift. At first Gail and Taylor resisted, but we convinced them it was our way to make Sophie feel welcome. Plus dad could build some of the furniture and it would be less costly and last a lot longer.
Sophie
I finally feel safe with Gail and dad. I was invited over to meet little Christian and got to hold him while sitting in the sofa. He looks just like mr Grey. I know Anastasia didn't give birth to him, and mr Grey isn't his father, but he is related to the baby by DNA. I hear things and know a few things, but I don't talk about anything that goes on at the Grey's or our home. Our privacy is very important to us, like my dad says what goes on behind the doors is private and shall remain that way always. People are always curious about the Grey's and have asked me questions. I tell them that I don't talk about people's private lives and they shouldn't either.
