"What?" I groan to Alex's constant poking. "The phone is ringing." He says and I sigh.

I force myself out of bed and drag my body downstairs.

I immediately go to the phone and answer Josh's call.

"Finally." He says as I yawn. "What's up?" I ask leaning against the wall. "What's up? India you didn't call last night and you didn't answer when I rang you the first couple of times this morning." He rants and I sigh. "I'm sorry, I was with my friends last night and only just woke up." I lie.

"I think I'm gonna come back home India. I can talk to coach, get a little while off to come home and keep an eye on you. I shouldn't of left you there alone, Phoebe was right." He rambles and I sigh.

"Josh. It's okay. Everything is okay. You don't need to come down here. I'm fine." I assure and he sighs. "I spoke to your principal yesterday." He says and I nod slowly.

"He said he understands and to come back when you're ready." He says and let go of a breath in relief. "He also said that maybe it would be a good idea to set up a few session with the guidance counsellor." He says and my eyes widen.

"No way. No. I'm not doing that." I say and Josh sighs. "I had a feeling you'd say that." He says and I run a hand over my face.

"I don't know what to do with you India." He says. "What do you mean?" I ask and he sighs.

"It's just you're there, alone. You haven't been going to school or to work, you've just been at home. I'm worried about you. Phoebe's been trying to find loop holes in her scholarship to come down and be with you. It would be easier if you came here till mom came home." He says and I sigh.

"Josh, seriously everything is fine. I'm okay. Honestly, im just using this as an excuse to not do any homework or anything. You or Phoebe don't need to come down here and I don't need to come up to you guys. Please just stop worrying. I'm okay." I say and he sighs.

"I know I know but I just don't like it." He says and I sigh. "Josh. Please." I beg and he groans. "You're gonna be the death of me. I'm so stressed between you and mom." He says and I sit on the floor.

"How is she?" I ask curiously. She hasn't called once. "She's okay. She seems better." He says and I nod.

"So when mom comes home... what's gonna happen?" I ask him. "I don't know, but I'll be there." He says and I nod again.

"Do you think she'll get upset when she sees me?" I ask him. "No. You know she didn't mean to she's just overwhelmed. She might feel ten times more guilty but she's not angry at you India." He says and I sigh.

"I've got practice. Don't forget to call Phoebe later okay?" He says. "Okay." I say softly. We bid our goodbyes and I head to the kitchen.

I slide on a stool and put my head on the island.

"Do you want coffee?" Alex asks and I jump and sit up. He raises an eyebrow at me and I nod. "Coffee please." I say and he nods.

He makes coffee and we sit in silence whilst drinking it. "I've got a few errands to run. But I'll be back soon." He says and I nod.

After Alex leaves, I have a shower and get washed and dressed.

I put on some black sweatpants and a nude crop top.

****
I was sat on the sofa with my blanket over my shoulders when Alex gets back.

"I'm starting to worry about you." He says making me jump, when did he get here?

"You know, you should probably go back to school." I say and his eyes widen in concern. "School finished a while ago." He says and I nod slowly.

"How many times do I have to tell you about watching this without me." He says sliding on the sofa beside me.

****
Alex hand brushes mine and I look up at him to see him already watching me.

"What are you doing?" I ask and he raises an eyebrow. "What are you doing?" He asks and I roll my eyes.

"You know." He says taking my hand in his. "I still owe you." He says moving closer to me. I him and he smiles.

He plants his lips on mine and I lean closer into him. Alex grabs my waist and pulls me on to his lap. He uses one hand to rock my hips against his. My core tightens and I hold his shoulders tightly, making him smirk.

I lean my head against his chest and take a deeo breath. We aren't even properly doing anything, why do I feel like this?

"Do you want me to repay you?" He asks whilst toying with the strap of my crop top. I shrug and he grins. "Words India. Words." He repeats. "Yeah." I whisper and he smiles.

He pulls my crop top over my head and lays me down on the sofa. "Try not to brag after." I bite and he he smirks whilst un clasping my bra. "I could never." He smirks and pulls my bra away from me.

One hand focuses on my boob and I close my eyes as I let Alex do pretty much whatever he wants.

"You're very quiet." Alex whispers as he finds his way to my sweat pants. "That's gonna have to change." He says and immediately pulls down my sweatpants. He kisses the inside of my thigh and holds my hips in place as I gasp.

"Uh oh. I see I've came at a bad time." Hunter says and Alex immediately drops to cover my body.

"Shit." Alex curses as he crushes me with his weight. "Why didn't you knock?" Alex demands. "Because she's been ignoring me all week and it was unlocked so why not." He says and I groan and put a hand over my hot cheeks.

"Alex." I groan and he smirks and looks down at me. "You're crushing me." I breath out and he looks over at Hunter. "Turn the fuck around." He scolds.

When Hunter had turnt around, Alex gets off of me and hands me my clothes that I quickly put on. "Sorry babe, but you've got company." He whispers and my stomach erupts in butterflies.

"Alright." Alex says pushing my strap on to my shoulder.

"I thought you two weren't a thing?" Hunter says walking over to the other sofa. "We're not." Alex and I say in sync.

"So what was that about?" He asks looking between us. "We're teenagers,  Hunter. You get up to things like this all the time. Are you a thing with any of them?" I ask and Alex laughs.

"Don't give me attitude missy, where the hell have you been for the past week? You haven't answered my calls, texts or any time I've knocked at the door." He says and I sigh. "I haven't spoke to anyone." I say and he nods.

"Oh I know. But apparently Alex was your only exception." He says I raise an eyebrow. "I've been ignoring him too, the onlg reason he's here is because he climbed through my window last night and demanded me around." I say and Hunter turns from me to Alex who just nods.

"Are you okay?" He asks and I nod. "I'm fine." I say and he scoffs in disbelief. "Liar, liar, pants on fire." He says and I laugh softly.

"I'm sorry for ignoring you, I just wanted to be alone." I say and he nods. "I understand." He smiles. He stands up and wraps his arms around me. "I'm sorry Johnny." He says stroking my hair.

I spend my evening on the sofa with Hunter and Alex who make it their mission, well Hunter's mission, to cheer me up.

"So school on monday?" Hunter asks and I nod. "Sure, I'll be there." I say and he smiles. "I'll stick up for you. Cover story, you went to LA to visit your family." Hunter says and I smile. "Thank you Hunter." I smile and put my head on his shoulder.

"Do you want me to pick you up?" He asks and I shake my head no. "I want to drive there. I haven't drove in the Jeep in a while." I smile and they nod.

I yawn and Alex covers me in my blanket. "Thanks." I smile and he nods. "If you're tired, go to sleep." Hunter says and I nod before doing that.

Hunter is a great friend. I feel guilty for not having contact with him.
