Hey guys, I just realized I haven't written in Ryders POV so here you go. Please put a smile on my face and vote on my story! :)

"We were made this way." One of the boys murmured, his brown eyes dull from the weight of his memories. That was something I think we all could relate to.
Aspen shot up from where she sat next to me, her hands trembling as she gasped. Carson grabbed her wrist and I itched to stand up next to her, but we needed to let her stand on her own. She was healing and letting us in, for Christ's sake she let us mark her. Carson and I were so proud of her, for opening up to us, but we both knew one wrong move on our side, and all the trust she has slowly built will shrivel, mate bond or not.
She tilted her head as Carson slowly let her wrist go and sat back next to me, he instead held my hand tightly, bowling a loud breath through his nose. "Made?" She whispered lightly, repeating what the boy had said.
"More like brutally fucking cursed!" spat the other brother, standing up from where he sat on the floor. The sudden outburst didn't cause Aspen to flinch, but her eyes turned blue as she stared. "Sorry," he murmured and shook his head.
I fidgeted with Carson's fingers and turned his hand over in mine nervously as the boys continued to stare, Aspen growing tenser with each second. "Can you control it?" Carson asked into the silence, the only sound to be heard was the crackling of the fire.
The other boy stood, running his hand through his hair nervously and shaking his head while his brother stared intently at the wall next to us. Ashamed, I realized as Aspen sat down, "Shit that's not good." she whispered and shook her head.
"Don't you think I fucking realized that!" The second twin cursed and stomped his foot. The room grew heated as he narrowed his ashy colored eyes on Carson and I then Aspen. "Why else do you think we were fucking running through the woods from rouges!" He growled.
"Oh stop it!" I grumbled and laid my arm behind Aspen's head, "We all went through the same shit, save us the sob story." I smirked and Aspen let out a surprised giggle. I leaned into her side with narrowed eyes, "You can't say much in the control department snowflake." I elbowed her and she rolled her eyes, sinking back on the couch and into Carson's side.
"Meanie." She whined and looked up at Carson with puppy dog eyes. He shook his head, his hair flying around his face -making Aspen and me both sigh- and booped Aspen's nose effectively. She rested her chin on his chest with a small smile and I rolled my eyes, getting ready to yank her off the couch so I could get some attention from my other mate, but a throat cleared making me jump slightly.
We turned to look at the twins who both looked at us curiously, like we were things in a zoo. Carson growled and I fought my wolf instincts to jump up and blow something up as the quiet twin asked, "Are you three mates? Like all three of you?" He asked dumbly.
I rolled my eyes for what felt like the hundredth time that night, "Congratulations sherlock you figurged shit out." Aspen snarked, an evil grin resting on her pretty lips.
"A three way bond." The brother growled in disgust as he took in Aspen once more, "Seems like a slutty thing to do." He gave his own version of an evil smile back to Aspen in challenge.
Before Carson and I could really teach this guy a lesson Aspen stood up with her hands on her hips, the once too hot room turning icy and cool, "Look buddy, you came to us, you said you needed our help. So if you want it I suggest you shut the fuck up and get over youself or I'm going to make your life a living hell." She pursed her lips, her fingers turning slightly blue. I stood up next to her and put my hand on the small of her back, murmuring soothing words in her ear to soothe the pit of ice inside of her.
The wolf boy shook his head, "Fuck that, all you have is ice, and I hate to break it to you, but I have fire. Fire beats ice, easy." he grinned and tilted his head, daring Aspen to say anything against it.
Her power came back to her like in a wave, the mood I managed to soothe lit up again and I could do nothing as she growled and took a step forward, "Do you want to test that theory fire boy?" Carson was now standing as well, but she didn't notice, her eyes never leaving the challenge in front of her.
The boy's brother stepped in front of him the same time Carson and I stepped in front of Aspen, "Snowflake look at me," He murmured and gripped her chin. Slowly her eyes lifted to his, Layla shining bright as diamond in her gaze, "He isn't worth it, you have already fought today, you are tired and hurt." He murmured so only our ears could hear.
I shifted on my feet, my weight leaning into Carson and drawing Aspen to me, "Besides, we will just kick them out and have some nice down time together. Who says we have to help them?" I added and kissed her forehead. Carson nodded at what I said and put a hand on the small of my back as Aspen melted into me, her power relaxing taking the rest of her energy with it.
I sat back onto the couch, Aspen curling into my lap and holding onto my shirt like she was worried I would disappear. "But they were made," She murmured, her eyes drifting open then closed, "made like I was." She whispered, her voice a quiet slur as she crashed into my chest, her eyes shutting and her nose buried in my shirt for my scent.
I looked up at Carson uncertally, she wanted them to stay. We both knew it. She obviously didn't get along with either of them, but they were a chance for her to learn about what happened to her, a chance for her to connect to her power better. "𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙤 𝙬𝙚 𝙙𝙤?" I asked Carson through the mindlink.
He looked down at us, his mates, I sensed uncertainty through the bond before he spun around to the twins across from us. "You are going to stay here." He growled and pointed to Aspen and I, "But only because of what you are, if you as much as give us one problem, or say one negative thing to any of us, I will make sure myself, that you both face a very long and very painful end." His lighting buzzed up and down his arms and his ambered colored eyes glowed.
I stayed silent, holding Aspen to me, ready for anything, "My name is Aiden," Said the quieter boy, "And this is my brother Asher." He pointed to the one who fought with my mate. Asher stared down at the floor, refusing to meet our gaze. "We will help you to the best of our ability, but forgive us if we are rough around the edges, we come from a past much like she does." None of us asked how he knew about Aspen's past as the twins stepped forward, Aiden leading his brother, "If you could show us to a room, we will retire for the night." he asked quietly.
Carson breathed roughly through his nose before nodding once and leading them down the hall. I watched Asher's back disappear before I picked up Aspen and brought her up the stairs and to the bedroom. Without waking her I sat her on the bed and cleaned the burn marks on her back. She made small sounds as I put one of Carson's shirts on her and laid down with her in my arms, waiting for our other mate to join us for the night.
I was asleep when arms wrapped around my waist and Carson buried his face in my hair, "Do you think we can trust them." I asked.
He was quiet as he laid one of his legs over mine and over Aspen, his heart beat slowed, "I think we are going to have to learn to for her sake." He said after a while.
None of us said anything for the rest of the night.
