Ashley's POV
-----

I opened my eyes to see the sun slowly rising above the horizon. Looking at the clock next to the bed, it was about 6am in the morning. I heard some shuffling and turned to my right to see Sam hugging a pillow kola bear style. Her hair was in a mess she was drooling slightly. I smirked and quickly pulled out my phone to take a picture.

'She'll kill me for this..'

I swing my legs to the side of the bed and walked over to the bathroom and grabbed a comb and started untangling my own bird nest which I call hair.

I can't help but think that this whole kidnapping thing is completely off. We're being kidnapped here but they're kind enough to send food to us everyday, and I mean real food. Not like those prisoner type food. They even provided us a bedroom, clothes and all. The only thing is, they wouldn't let us leave.

After I finished sorting out my hair, I walked over to the closet and pulled out my baggy monochrome converse hoodie a pair of jeans and some undergarments. Making sure that Sam is still sleeping, I shut the bathroom door and turned on the water. It felt good. The warm water soaked my body and I stood still for a few minutes just enjoying the shower.

I don't really know why guys think all girls shower like sloths, well maybe some do, but pulling every girl into that category is just stereotyping. I got out the shower 10 minutes later and blow dried my hair and let it flow down my back freely. After dressing up, I went over to the door and grabbed my converse. So basically, from top to bottom I'm wearing converse. Hey don't judge, I'm a converse type girl.

Hmm so what now? I'm wide awake and it's only 6:18am. I can't exactly wake Sam up, she'll give me hell. Yea, she doesn't exactly like to be woken up early on holidays. And I can't exactly try to escape, even if that means carrying her, we've tried it countless times. They all failed, as you can see. And there is no way I am going out this room and leave her alone. I know, they won't hurt her and all but hey, I'm over protective.

So that leaves me to stare out the window and walk around the room till she wakes up.

I opened the windows and a fresh cold gust of wind greeted me. Unlike Sam, I'm ok with mornings. Personally, I prefer sunsets but whatever. I heard some noise and leaned forward enough to see the Alpha and Beta dudes walk out the front door and greeted by the guards. Speaking of guards, this house is crawling with them. Literally, we tried outrunning them before, they just pop out of nowhere and bam! You're captured.

I see two guards speak to them and perked up. Thank god to advanced hearing.

'We will be leaving for duties, make sure that Ashley and Sam does not escape the house,' Sir Alpha paused and patted their shoulder, 'Tyler, Peter, I'll be counting on you to take care of them.'

The one on the left which looked slightly younger and with a white shirt on, was supposedly Peter and the other with a dark blue shirt with a goofy grin, Tyler, both nodded their heads, 'Yes Alpha Jake.'

Alpha here, or Jake, gave a smile and nodded his head to his Beta, 'Come on Alex, let's go...' He trailed off when he saw me.

'Fuck' I mumble and quickly shut the windows and pulled the curtains together leaving a small gap. I guess I shut the windows with too much force because I heard the guards below start to talk and ask what happened, not to mention I had a pillow flung to my head by a grumpy Sam.

'Oh my gosh Ash.. It's freaking 6:30am in the morning and it's summer holidays.. Would it kill you to shut up for a while?!' She would have screamed if I didn't quickly threw a blanket on her. Sam can sleep for hours like a hibernation, but once she wakes up, she's up. She kicked off the covers and rolled out of bed while I stood and admire her hair.
