The Mortification

Hanggang sa makauwi na ako ng dorm, hindi ko pa rin maintindihan kung bakit bigla nalang lumapit si Jace sa akin at ibinigay itong padlock.

Duda ako, baka may masama yung balak kaya kunwari concern siya sa locker ko..

Tiningnan ko ng mabuti ang padlock, kakaiba iyon sa mga karaniwang padlock na nakikita ko. Feeling ko, hindi kayang buksan 'to ng hairpin o kahit na anong pwedeng ipagbukas kapalit ng susi.. At hindi rin ito mabubuksan ng basta-basta.

May mga button din sa gilid.

Eto yung sinasabi niya na pwedeng lagyan ng password..

"Parang hindi naman siguro.. Baka nagmamalasakit lang talaga. Ay! Anubayan! Bakit ba kasi binigyan-bigyan niya pa ako neto.."

Nakita ko si Chartin na natutulog sa sahig kaya kinuha ko siya at inilipat sa kama ko.

Pagtapos non, nagbihis na ako at nagbasa muna ng notes tsaka ako nagluto para sa hapunan.

Maaga rin akong natulog dahil maaga rin ang klase namin bukas.

REESE'S:

Yesterday, I found out that Justin gave her  jacket to cover up herself nong pinagtripan namin ang uniform niya.

I didn't saw him around the campus kahapon so hindi ko siya na confront about the jacket thing.

Maybe today.. That's why I went here earlier than I usually does. Sana naman makita ko si Jah para matanong ko kung bakit niya binigyan ng jacket yung hampaslupa na iyon..

And to figure out why on earth na jacket ko pa talaga ang ibinigay niya??

I suddenly saw a familiar person from afar.

He was sitting literally behind a closed door, I come up to him.

"Jace?"

"Oh, hi there Reese! G'Day!"

"Yeah.. Why are you here? I mean.. Why are you here this early? Di ba, mamaya pa klase natin?"

"Yup, I woke up early kasi and there's no one in the house so I decided to came here nalang."

"Did you bring your car? I didn't see it kasi na nakapark."

"Yeah, I brought it. Wala sa grand staircase ko ipinark, nandon."

He pointed out his car na nakapark sa ilalim ng kahoy.

"I see. Anyway, what are you doing here?are you waiting for someone?"

He grinned.

"Yeah, actually.. That's another reason why I came early."

"Really? Then who is it?"

"Oh, that's not important. Some student here lang.. Anyway, I gotta go I have to return this pa kasi sa library. Just see yah later."

I nodded but I know there's something wrong sa ikinikilos niya..

Is he up for something???

I'm not convinced with his excuse. So, I followed him secretly.

He walked to the other side of the building and went inside the men's room.

He stayed there for about 7-8 minutes before he got out.

What am I doing? I'm following him for nothing.. Para naman akong stalker nito.
