"Eomma, Appa said you're so in love with him when you were still young." Immediately, I stood up from my seat and covered Xīnhye's mouth.
Baby! You promised me you won't tell your mother what I told you!
Tzuyu's eyes widened at her, she immediately glared at me after looking away from Xīnhye's gaze. "And he also told me you keep pursuing him."
"Xīnhye, shh!" I covered her mouth again.
"Why are you feeding your daughter with lies?" She raises her eyebrow at me. "Huh? It's a lie?" She looks up at me. "Yes, baby, I may have liked him first but I ain't the one who kept pursuing him, it's your Appa." She says before continuing mixing the ingredients of the cake she's gonna bake.
It's a normal Sunday in our home, I have no work every Saturday and Sunday and I spent my time hanging out with them.
"Appa, you're a liar." Xīnhye pouts at me. "But she still admitted she liked me first." I said, trying to defend myself.
"I announce you guilty for lying." She states. "If you don't want to be in jail, you owe me hundreds of kisses."
"I'll give it to you now." She started shouting and laughing as I shower her face with kisses. Tzuyu's chuckles mix with her laughs. "Hajima!"
"Mandarin is so hard." Our youngest, Xīnjung tells as he pouts. "It's so hard, Eomma." She pouts at Tzuyu.
A few weeks after Xīnhye turned two years old, Tzuyu surprised me with her pregnancy for our youngest. She made Xīnhye wear a onesie that has a saying, "My name's Xīnhye and I'm a big sister."
I was quick to realize what she was trying to tell me and I almost woke my Xīnhye up because I was so happy and excited, luckily, she's a heavy sleeper, totally like me.
Xīnhye is two years older than Xīnjung. Xīnhye's already six while Xīnjung is four.
"It's hard first at the beginning but eventually, you'll learn." Tzuyu tells him. "Eomma, why were you born in Taiwan instead of here? You said you spent almost your life in Seoul."
"Eomma was very young when she came to Seoul to train, because of my job before." She softly tells him as he brushes his hair. "It'll be easy once you get the hang of it."
"Okay." Xīnjung answers and goes back to learning his mother's culture.
"Is your job hard before?" Xīnhye asks, joining her little brother. "So much."
"What about Appa?" They both glanced at me. "Eomma and I had the same job before that's why we fell in love because we relate so much with each other."
"Really?" I nodded my head. "That's why Uncle Namjoon tells us you always look lovestruck when you look at Eomma."
Seriously, hyung? They can't know these things yet! They're barely seven!
"Is there anything else that Uncle Namjoon tells you two?" I asked, starting to get curious. "Yeah, they said you're a flirt when you perform."
"What-"
"Xīnhye, don't say that word, it's not appropriate for girls at your age to say that." Tzuyu cuts me off. "Sorry, Eomma."
"But is that true, Appa?" Xīnjung asks, oh great.
"It's true, I really wonder why your Appa didn't perform naked when he always tries to undress himself at every of their performance." Tzuyu rolls her eyes at me as she closes the oven, setting the timer. "Girls got so crazy whenever your father shows a part of his body, their mentality gets harmed by your Appa."
