"Oh, Thor!" Frigga held her hands on her hips as she gave a playful glare. "Where in Valhalla have you been?"

"Mother!" The God of Thunder roared as he swayed to her. He hiccuped once before continuing. "The Warriors Three took me out for quite a few drinks."

"Have you forgotten what today is?" She impatiently tapped her foot.

Thor's eyebrows furrowed together, his eyes squinting as he tried to recall. "Tuesday?" He slurred. Frigga's expression dropped and she brought her hand up to hold her head.

"Today is not Tuesday," She shook her head with a sigh. "By Gods, how much ale did you drink?" Thor went to respond but she shook her hands out in front of him to stop his words. "I don't want to know! The Light Elves are visiting, my son. The union between our two realms? The marriage?" She continued, but Thor still looked confused. "Do you really not remember? I swear your Father and I have gone over this multiple times with you."

"Who's getting married?" He asked.

"You, Thor!" The Allmother shouted. The God looked stunned. "You are to marry the Princess of the Light Elves so our kind and there's could form an alliance! We had a lovely evening planned for you two and the wedding is to be tomorrow morn."

"I'm going to be married?" Thor asked. Frigga closed her eyes, her hand up to her temple. "I'll fix this! I'll ask Loki to get me un-drunk!" He spoke.

"It's sober, dear," She smiled, her eyes still closed. "Not un-drunk."

"Pish posh, words are boring. I'm off to find Loki," He proudly stomped down the hall in search for his younger brother.

"Other way, dear!" Frigga called after him once she noticed her son walking in the wrong direction.

"I knew that!" He called back to her. He had found Loki rather quickly since the God of Mischief was wandering through the halls whilst reading one of his many novels. "Brother!" Loki stopped and looked up, a sigh escaping his mouth as he closed the book. "You need to un-drunk me!"

"Un- what?" Loki asked, his eyebrows furrowing together.

"The Warriors Three took me out for drinks and I've had one too many. Mother says I'm supposed to get married tomorrow and I don't want to look like a fool to my wife," Thor's words slurred together and Loki's response was to bring his hand up to rub his temple. "Please do something, my beloved younger brother."

"I don't think any ounce of magic is going to make you sober before the Light Elves arrive," He shook his head. "Not to mention, I doubt you won't make a fool out of yourself in front of your wife-to-be."

"I mustn't be this way when they arrive! Do something; it is all I ask," His brother pleaded and Loki exaggeratedly sighed. "Please, please, please, please-"

"Alright!" Loki hissed. "I can't make you suddenly sober, but I can be an illusion and pretend to be you until you are," Thor clapped, but Loki pointed a finger to him. "Stop that! You are to stay in your chambers until I come back from tonight. Can I trust you to do that?" Thor nodded. "You owe me big time." Loki followed Thor to his quarters and once the door closed behind his brother, Loki quickly shifted where he stood. He was now an exact projection of the God of Thunder.
