Chapter 12

3RD PERSON'S POV

~PAST~

A certain tall (h/c) haired girl was training out on a near forest of her family's estate she was Himari (Y/n).The Himari family consist theee types of breathing which are Flame/Fire,Mist and Sunlight breathing technique which was the sunlight breathing was the only one special whom only two persons has able to have it which are (Y/n)'s father and her at the age of 8 years old she started to train the special breathing technique that envelopes within her.

Despite being a female and females were only treated and always be at their huge estate in order to be save from any harm and danger and each female of the Himari estate must be elegant,silent,generous and beautifull she must be also have an entertaining skills for her own sake not to be leave by her own husband or lover in the future.And it was the first time a single female off spring of Himari family had stand out and fight for her own desire which was Himari (Y/n) whom also had a support from her father after her mother's dearth due to an illnes.

"Set your heart up..And release the dance of the god of sun..."

Those were the last words of (Y/n)'s mother before her last breath has gone and bid her goodbyes to her husband and only daughter.

"You're a woman! You must act like one!"

"You're going to embarrass the Himari family!"

"No! I'm going to be a demon slayer like my father!"(Y/n) shouted which makes the other Himari family members shocked and widened her eyes.

Although,many were against with it but at the end she has the permission and she'll be the new woman demon slayer of their generations for centuries if she'll become one which she later on prove herself.Before she became a hashira Himari family was also bond with the Haito family which then she later on meet the also one child-son of the Haito family which was Himoroshi.

They both didn't like each other because of their rude first impression with each other.Later on,they started understand and teasing with each other as they develope with the same feeling they have with each other even they're both being defensive with that topic whenever they getting tease by their parents.

"W-We're not d-dating!"

"I-I don't like him! Hmmp!"

Himoroshi Haito decides to confess his feelings for the (h/c) haired girl which was (Y/n) Himari and after their family-friend dinner celebration.All of them were happy,enjoying and some women were entertaining the guest,their lovers/husband and trying to be graceful to the single male in order to find their soulmate.On the other hand,(Y/n) was trying her best not to be flustered and embarrass on what she was wearing for the night and won't get tease by a certain light blue haired boy that she 'hates'.

Before the dinner celebration wuld end by the second night of the dinner celebration between the two family Himoroshi gently drag (Y/n) with him at the backyard and did confess his feelings to (Y/n) as this shocked and also she returned her feelings to him as they became together as lovers.

Days passed by and Haito family would often come to the Himari family to see their status and especially with their soon to be daughter-in-law.

But one night changes everything..And in that one night started to hunt her for the rest of her life until she dies.

"AHHHHHH!!!"

"A M-MONSTER!!!"

The two run inside the estate of Himari and went to the specific room where the screams and other loud voices where coming from and when they opened it a horrible scene were all they've seen on it.

There was a tall black haired male,red eyes and he was indeed pale as if he was going to be a rotten man in any minute because of his look and then his gaze went towards the two kids whom just opened the door.

"F-Father!!!"

"M-Mother..F-Father..W-What did you do!? Who are you!?"

Himoroshi shouted and before he could go ahead and strike the man first (Y/n) grabbed him by his arm and prevent him from attacking the male as (Y/n) was still in shocked and trying her best not to cry after he saw his father was laying on the ground blood splattered near around his body by his own blade that thrust into his stomach and his neck was snapped.

"I need to take that girl with me.."

The tall black haired male said and started to take step closer towards the two.

"You won't get any more closer to her!"

Himoroshi then grab a large glass and shatter it as it cracks and show off a sharp shape and tried to threat the tall black haired man as he shows his demonic and death aura to the two and also his demonic technique.

"A-A d-demon!!?!"

"Give me the sunlight user."

"(Y/n)! Run!"

And before (Y/n) could also drag Himoroshi with her,he was being captive through the thrust that he gets from the man.

"H-Himoroshi!!"

"Run!"

"I can't leave you here Himoroshi!"

"Just run and leave! Please (Y/n)! Save yourself!"

Without any more hesitation (Y/n) ran away from her own family estate the only survivor getting all scared for her life by death from that man as she make her way to the Ubuyashiki estate where she could say that's she'll be safe there.

Up until now that still hunts her..She can't do anything even to save her family,her lover's family and even to her first lover.

"I'm pathetic.."

~PRESENT~

(Y/n) was currently sitting on one of the top of the tree near Tomioka's estate trying to think that the tall black haired man might coming back to hunt her for real this time.

'No,I'm already strong..I can avenege the finally..But,something's off about the demon I faced before on that night..'(Y/n) thought.

"It's like..It's not him..—"

"Not like who?"She got startled from the sudden cold but familiar voice as he turned around and saw that it was only the Water Hashira.

"G-Giyu.."She spoke as Giyu sat beside her.

"Tell me..What's really happening with you? I already talked with Shinubo on what's bothering you and she just said something that you needed to face,you fear.."He said.

"Yeah..It sound like that."She said.

"Does this also involve your first past lover?"Giyu asked as (Y/n) shocked and sadness was drawn to her.

"S-Sorry..I shouldn't bring it up—"

"No,it's fine Giyu..Shinubo was also right that I needed to face my fear already."She said.

"I'm here for you—"

"No..I must have to overcome this with my own..It's been hunting me ever since that night."She said.

"But,(Y-Y/n)..Why won't you let—"Before Tomioka could finish his word when (Y/n) looks at her,he already knew what's the meaning of it.

'Still I wanted to help her..'He thought.

'You finally came back,huh..'(Y/n) thought.
