Chapter Thirteen

The sudden movement to back her brought her out of sleep in at early morning. A hand came around her body, right below her chest pulling her back into a chest, the slight moan from the back of her throat pulled him out of his comfort. The disappointment of night already over caused her to sigh. 

She was suddenly well aware of Theo's arm over her waist. She opened her eyes debating in her mind whether she should get up or let him leave first. She didn't wish for him to see her morning face. It was embarrassing. 

The soft kiss over her neck caused her to tilted her head on the side making his hairbrush past her jaw. She didn't look back at him, too nervous to, as he sat up. 

"It's early, go back to sleep" He stated, his finger brushing over her cheeks as she nodded. She heard the door closed and left a soft sight. She couldn't sleep any further. Getting up and taking a hot shower, she put on some tight jeans and a crop top with a bow tie on the sweetheart neckline, She smiled at her cute puff sleeves which ended at her elbow. 

She made her way down the stairs to see Kaden making breakfast early in the morning. His torso stood bare, The sudden white scar at the back of his shoulder caught her attention. He was wearing shorts, his brown hair messy. He was making eggs, a bowl of cut-up melons sat on the counter with toasts and butter. 

"Good morning," She said softly as he looked back, He stopped himself staring at her, She pats her hand on the counter to distract herself from his body. He suddenly kept the bowl down walking to her, "Uh-" She wanted to say something, anything to distract those flutter-like feelings in her head. 

"Hey" He whispered softly, his morning voice very obvious. She was left with a half gasp as he kissed her out of the blue. His one hand pulling her into his chest, The other holding away as it was wet. 

She couldn't kiss back at the sudden kiss, his tongue softly flicked over her lips tasting them as she jumped making him chuckle when he pulled away. 

"I hope you don't have any work today" She bites her lip shaking her side to side. He found it very cute as he went back to making some eggs. 

"Good, cause we are going out today" She felt her heart jump. She loved going out. She hardly went out, she wasn't allowed to before. She hoped she could see more nature or beach or pretty shops and buy flowers. All this, she saw in the movies but never got to do. 

"Where are we going?" He glanced at her setting the egg aside. Her fingers grabbing the small cut-up piece of melon and eating it. "Wherever you wish to go. Just tell me" Her eyes twinkled. 

"But-but you don't have any work to do?" She asked getting on her tiptoes in excitement. 

"No, I kept the day free for you. I wanted to apologize for not helping you with dinner. But I always wanna take you out. Why not do what you like" She smiled. 

"Oh lookie Lookie, I got some breakfast," Alex said as he took a loud yawn. 

"Oh! Hey, little kitten" He said wrapping his arms around her waist, before he could even hug her tight Kaden yelled out, "Get your dirty hands off her and eat the fucken food." Alex pouts kissing her cheek before sitting on the chair behind the counter and grabbing a plate. 

"My hands aren't dirty by the way," He said taking a huge bite of his toast. Kaden smirked, "Ya sure...jerk-off" He muttered making Alex narrow his eyes at him. 

"Sit," He said patting the stood looking at Rose. She sat next to him grabbing another melon. 

"You like Melons?" Kaden asked and she nodded smiling. "Ya, it's my favorite fruit" She replied. "Oh, I like em too. We can buy some on the way back if you want" She smiled nodding. 

"I like your melons" Alex whispered wrapping his arm around her waist and softly squeezing her boob. She bites her lips holding back any voice, looking at Kaden's back as he washed his hands. 

"Oh ya, you are all his today" Alex mutters making her confused as he suddenly stole a kiss from her before going back to eating. She was already flustered and blushing as both the boys stayed quiet while she was all hot and bother. 

"Um- Where is Rex? And did he had Breakfast?" She asked. 

"Still in bed, he doesn't get up this early on weekends. Theo left for work if you wondering " Alex said with a mouth full of food. She chuckled passing her untouched juice to him. "You should eat slowly," She said making him laugh. 

"I'll be back in a few. Go get your stuff if you need any" She nodded as Kaden took a sip of his juice before leaving upstairs. 

Primrose sighs eating another melon bite, "Where is your phone ?" Alex asked. She held her hand up to her mouth to answer while biting, "Oh-Uh, I broke my phone a long time ago. I-I didn't have anyone to call so I never got one" 

Alex narrowed his eyes lightly at the fact she said, 'never got one. 

"Mom never you gave you a new one?" He saw that quick freeze on her body for just a second before she continued tossing the melons in the bowl in front of her. 

"Oh, Uh-John gave me a spare one for times I needed to call my birth mother" She saw him smile nod. Going back to watching a game on his phone. But to him, he found it a bit annoying why his mother never gave her a new cell phone. She was an adult, she needed one for problem times. 

"How was it? Living with Emma?" She gulped. But her smile covered up all her memories. 

"Great," She said softly. "She took good care of me. Gave me everything I needed" He nodded. 

Suddenly, the room around them felt smaller, She felt like he was closer than before, although he hadn't moved an inch, His aura felt invading. Not badly, but as if he wanted to find something out from her. She grabbed the bottle of water gulping some amount causing some fall down her neck and on her chest. 

"Oh-no" She was annoyed at the cold water hitting her skin. Extending to grab the tissue near them when Alex grabbed some pulling her hand away and dabbing the water off. 

"There," He said smiling, she was suddenly feeling better at that smile. But he leaned down to her face, his finger softly brushing past her collar. She felt her legs close because of the sudden shiver. 

"Don't think I forgot how you react to these questions." That voice was different, It was him but different. She just knew how his statement held that authority, she couldn't budge past that. 

He was like a clock, His emotions, expressions, voice changed with his tone. It affected the surroundings. One minute he was like a kid. Funny and happy. The other he scared her. 

As he leaned back giving her a smile and pinched her cheek. 

"Alright then Kitten. See you in the evening, Get me some pastries" He said patting her head and leaving her. 

"Primrose?"

"Rosie?" She snapped her head up to see Kaden. His eyes held a frown. "Are you sleepy? You seemed to be zoning off" She shook her head. 

"No-I was just thinking about buying some art stuff" He smiled grabbing her hand and opening the door.
