I pack up the last of my things, and smile at the thought of spending a huge chunk of my summer with Theodore. I know, I know he has someone else in mind but....... Wait! How do I know that I'm not the crush? 'Because, Hannah! He doesn't and never will like you like that! Your speaking crazy talk! Get out of the clouds, girl!' I say to myself, laughing sarcastically at my 5 seconds of hope, and stupidity. I roll my eyes as I hear my mom walk in. She's probably got a list that she's going to read to me, to make sure I have everything. "Toothbrush and toothpaste?" She begins. "Check." I reply.
"14 outfits?"
"Check."
"Bathing suits?"
"Check."
Hair brush and hair elastics?"
"Check."
"Tampons?" Um..... No. "MOM?!?!" I say. "Fine. But I'm not going all the way back over there on the second day because you started your period and don't have tampons..." She says casually, and completely seriously. "MOM?!?!?! REALLY??? Uggg! I'll get them in a sec...." I reply. "Alrighty then. Make sure you have everything before you leave...." She says, handing me the list...She's SO lame!
