"Maman?" A teary eyed Marinette asked. She looks at her parents who had disappointed looks on their faces while holding a sobbing Lila.

"We taught you better than this! You were not supposed to be a bully!" Her papa yelled.

The 10 year old flinched.

"But... I DIDNT DO ANYTHING!" Marinette screamed back. Tears rolling down her face.

Her mother looked at her.

"Get out of my house. You're not my daughter."

"What? BUT MAMAN! Please don't kick me out!"

Her father drags her out of the bakery and pushes her out the door into the cold and rainy night.

Her father sighs and shakes his head, then closes the doors to the bakery and locks it.

"MAMAN! PAPA!" Marinette screams as she cries.

She runs to the park close to her old house and cries under a tree.

Tony and Pepper were in Paris for a Gala that the Mayor had invited them to. As they were on their way back to the hotel they were staying at Pepper looks out the window and gasps.

"Oh my God!"

"What?" Tony says as he looks at her.

"Stop the car."

"Why?"

"Tony. Do it!" Pepper glares.

So Tony did.

When he did Pepper got out of the car... into the rain.

"Are you crazy? It's raining like Mr. Lightning just came back to earth! What are you doing?" Tony says as he gets out of the car he was just in and follows Pepper.

Pepper leads him to a tree in the park that had a little girl under it who was crying, no older than 10.

"Hey. Are you okay sweetie?" Pepper asks as she bends down to look at the little girl.

Marinette shakes her head and continues to sob.

Tony stares at the little girl. He just wants to go back to the hotel and have this trip be over with. He has way better things to do.

"What happened? Why are you crying." Pepper asks as she moves closer to the girl.

"Maman and Papa kicked me out! All because of the liar in my class! I'm homeless." Marinette cries.

Pepper looks up at Tony with pleading eyes. Tony sighs.

"Kid how about you come home with us. We live all the way in New York. You could have a fresh start." He says as he looks down at the girl.

Marinette looks at Tony with bright bluebell eyes.

"Really?" She asks.

Tony finds himself softening. The little girl in front of him is literally the cutest kid he has ever seen.

"Yeah. Seriously. You could start fresh. I'm sure the Avengers will love you." Tony adds.

"Tony! She is not meeting them. They will corrupt her!" Pepper glares.

"Okay... Fine." Tony says as he sneaks a wink to Marinette causing her to giggle.

Pepper then stands up and help Marinette up. 'The girl is so small.' Tony thinks.
